Informational/Reception Hello Pre-Law NBLSA members, we have exciting news. Evangeline Mitchell founder and executive director of The National Black Pre-Law Conference and Law Fair will be hosting an informational/ reception for aspiring law students.

UT Law Annual Open House
The University of Texas School of Law will host its annual UT Law Day on Thursday, September 27, 2012. Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cost: Free The schedule includes: An admissions presentation Panel discussion with UT Law faculty and staff Mock classes taught by UT To register: http://www.utexas.edu/law/admissions/utlawday/

Harvard Law Info Session Are you interested in attending Harvard Law School. Representatives from the admissions board will be holding an info session in the Liberal Arts Pre-Law advisor Tatem Oldham’s office.

Admissions panel: 1-2 pm in the Sinclair Suite of the Union), so if you want an inside scoop on the admissions process from some popular law school options, come check it out too. UT, Baylor UCLA just to name a few, are confirmed to be on the panel.

Texas Wesleyan School of Law Texas Wesleyan School of Law is hosting a FREE CLEO PRELAW Seminar . It will be held at the law school. The program is geared toward minority, low-income or otherwise disadvantaged college students. This is a wonderful opportunity to get a sneak peek into law school. Transportation is not provided and would have to be covered by the individual student. Lunch will be provided to the students. Date: Saturday September 29, 2012. Location: 1515Commerce Street in

We will be having our meeting with the UT Law school where 1st, 2nd and 3rd year law students will be telling you why they picked law school. Also law mentors will be paired on this day, so come out to meet your mentors. Date: Tuesday October 2nd Time: 6-7pm Location: UT Law School (Dean Keeton) Food will be served as always
