Special Activity: Musical Instrument for K3

The special activity for this month was based on musical instruments. Playing instruments makes one to use both sides of one’s brain. This strengthens one’s memory power. K3 Students played their own instruments. Their music was a treat to listen to.

Indoor Activity: Cleanliness for K2

I am proud to have a job that doesn’t feel like a job. It’s a job with

the help of which, every day, no matter how I am feeling, I have students

that are happy to see me and love that I am there.

Teachers make regular use of a set of conventional dialogic techniques,

question-and-answer sessions, recaps, reformulations and so on. Effective

teachers use these to encourage students to give reasons for their views, to

organize the interchange of ideas, and to encourage students to take a more

active, vocal role in classroom events.

Quality teacher talk and explaining concepts to students, is important

for students to make the knowledge gained, their own. Teachers need to

hear the students talk in order to assess student understanding.

Asking ‘why’ questions is important to foster student reasoning and

reflecting, with regards to what they were doing. That’s the magic of

teaching.

I am proud to be a part of the profession that creates all other professions.

It is my privilege to be on this journey with my fellow teachers because

together we have the priceless opportunity to impact, influence and inspire

the future of our world.

Thank you

I am extremely happy with the progress of my son and my daughter who are

studying in TGWS. I really appreciate the TGWS team for their hard work. Their

techniques can always be counted on to be out of the box and focused towards holistic

development of the students.

I see schools as places where we can get basic education and good values.

TGWS is always geared towards making that happen.

My daughter was super excited about online classes. Online education allows her to learn

in a time-friendly and convenient way. I think all the students should adapt themselves to

grab the bountiful opportunity of learning virtually.

I thank the facilitators for helping students feel comfortable while learning and

for taking care of them during a challenging time like this.

With regards,

Mrs. Grace Archana.
