LAND SECURITY:- We offer a variety of services which are carried out by well-trained, equipped and motivated personnel. They are monitored on hourly basis by line supervisors. Our services are as follows:-

Maritime Security Officer

Enon Maritime Private Ltd., India maritime security services allow ship managers and owners to mitigate the marine operational risks they face. Our primary objective is always to reduce the risk of a pirate attack occurring from the start through detailed planning and preparation. We maintain well tested and detailed standard operating procedures which are based on industry standards like BMP4/BMP5 and ISPS. These standards are then strictly followed and practiced by all deployed Maritime Security Operatives (MSO) of our company. We ensure that our MSOs share these standard operating procedures with the ship owners and ship operators to ensure that they are put into practice. Thus, guaranteeing a safe passage, to the desired destination.

Deputy Security Team Leader ENON closely asses and inspects the activities and the feedback reports of the ship captains. Those who are excelled in their duties, given a chance to become Deputy Security Team Leaders. Prior to appoint them in that category they should undergo a special course. This provides experienced maritime security professionals with the knowledge and skills required to operate as a Deputy Security Team Leader on offshore maritime security contracts, whether operating on static vessels, Offshore Energy Installations or providing security for vessels in transit through high threat waters globally. We ensure our DSTLs to sharpen their Integrity and teamwork skills to meet the need of the hour. Maritime security team leader We have entitled a specialized course for the MSTL too. The MSTL course is a natural progression for experienced Maritime Security Operators to step up to a leadership role within a Maritime Security Team and should be undertaken by all aspiring Team Leaders. Our training courses are delivered by highly qualified former members of the Special Boat Service and Royal Marines Counter Terrorist and Maritime Interdiction Teams as well as experienced maritime security professionals.

STAFF RECRUITMENT

With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect like:

Suitable relevant educational standard and experience Appropriate age Physical fitness Promotional and motivational aspects Registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) Security clearances (SAPS). Possession of Security Training Certificates. Staff must be numerate, computer literate and able to read, write and communicate in

English and other official languages that are commonly used in the area of operations. Management and supervisors must be able to read, write English and understands

mathematical figures and must be computer literate. All staff is uniformed in line with the image of our clients (if required). All staff should undergo induction and refresher training programs. Staff will be provided with transport and accommodation next to the sites

SCREENING

The company is conducting security officers screening through PSIRA and S.A.P.S. before actually employing them into the company. This exercise enables the company to recruit or to employ security officers free from criminal activities as PSIRA and S.A.P.S. are the only professional bodies accordingly dealing with this aspect. Attendance of the recognized security training with accredited Security Training institutions also scrutinizing.

Site Supervisors It is our policy to provide a service of a quality that meets the initial and continuing needs of our customers. Site supervisors and security staff are fully trained, vetted, uniformed, hold a PSIRA Certificate and/or firearm competency cards.

This division pays site visit to post to ensure that guards are on duty and properly dressed and out- fitted for the job, because security personnel generally work long and tedious hours, so it pays sudden day and night site visit to ensure that our guards are executing their duties professionally.

The maintenance of round the clock supervision at irregular intervals is the sole responsibility of this division’s activities to promote alertness. This is a 24 hour-line function responsibility from the top.

All security personnel on duty are expected to report hourly to the Central Control Office through their mobile radios, etc. They understand that they are the first impression, to your customer. They have a friendly, professional manner and are experts in dealing with all situations.

Training
