Terms & Conditions

The Predictopus contest (the Contest) shall be organized and conducted by Yahoo India

Private Limited ("Yahoo! India") and shall be open shall be open from 17 th February, 2011 to

02nd April 2011 (both days inclusive) ("Contest Period").

1. The Contest is open only to citizens of India and eighteen (18) year or older at the time

of participating in the Contest.

2. During the Contest Period, the participants shall predict from the options available on

the Contest by investing virtual points at the current odds and by making the prediction

the Participants should increase their chance of increasing their networth on the

Leadership board. The more the predictions come true the more eachparticipants net worth in the game increases.

3. Any entries for the Contest after the Contest Period shall be invalid and such entries

shall not be considered for the Contest.

4. At the end of the Contest Period, Five (5) Participants with the highest networth who

will appear on the Leadership Board will be declared as winners. The first Participant

with the highest networth will be selected as first winner (First Winner). The second

Participant with the second highest networth will be declared as second winner (Second

Winner) and other three Participants with the third, fourth and fifth highest networth

will be selected as third winner (Third Winner/s). In the event there is any tie

between the Participants with the same networth, the winner will be selected by the

lucky draw by Yahoo India.

5. The First Winner will win a Hyundai i10 car (First Prize), the Second Winner will win aMac Laptop (Second Prize) and each of the Third Winner/s will win one Sony PSPs (Third

Prize) (the First Prize, Second Prize and the Third Prize collectively shall be referred

as the Prize).The decision of Yahoo in respect of color/model of the Prizes shall befinal and no dispute shall be entertained in this regard.

6. Winners will be contacted via email to their Yahoo! Email id that was used by them when

registering for the Contest. Participants are encouraged to check their email often

during the contest period.

7. Upon the intimation of the selection of the Winner/s, all the Winner/s will have to

submit the Identity Proof, Pan Card Copy, and personal details like Name, Address, and

Contact Number and such other details or documents, as may be required by YahooIndia within 7 days of such intimation. Once the authenticity is proved, the First Prize

will be collected by the First Winner from the designated delearship as may be

intimated by Yahoo and depending on the availability of the model. The Second and

Third Prize will be sent to the Second and Third Winner/s within 30 days from the date

of completion of the authentication and depending on the availability of the model. In

the event the Winner/s is unable to provide the required documents/sufficient proof,

as requested for, to the satisfaction of Yahoo! India for obtaining the Prize within the

specified date, then Yahoo! India reserves the right to disqualify the Winner/s and

forfeit the Prize at their sole discretion and provide the Prize to a new winner. Yahoo!

India shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Prizes due to non-availability

of the stock or for any other reason beyond its control.

8. The Prize shall not be transferable/ redeemable for cash. No request shall beentertained by Yahoo! India in this behalf.

9. Any statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out/

in respect of such Prize, shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize.

10. Yahoo! India shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused

to the Prize after handing over the same to the winners of the Contest.

11. The Winner or his/her legal heirs shall have no other rights or claims whatsoever against

Yahoo! India.

12. This Contest is organized and conducted by Yahoo! India subject to the applicable laws in

India. Yahoo! India or any of its affiliates, directors, employees and associates shall not

be liable in any manner whatsoever for any misrepresentation, default or any act or

omission in relation to this Contest.

14. Employees of Yahoo! India and/or their associate and affiliate companies/concerns,

advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible for participating in the Contest.

15. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Yahoo!

India shall be final and binding on all concerned.

16. The terms and conditions of this Contest are subject to the laws of Republic of India.

All disputes in respect of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of

competent court/s at Mumbai.

17. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the

Contest.

18. Yahoo! India reserves the right to alter the terms of this Contest or terminate the

Contest at its own discretion and without prior notice to the participant and without

incurring any liability whatsoever.
