3.1.7. Moodle For Multi Tenancy Multi tenancy refers to a principle in software architecture where a single instance of the software runs on a server, serving multiple client organizations (tenants). Multi tenancy is contrasted with a multi-instance architecture where separate software instances (or hardware systems) are set up for different client organizations. With a multitenant architecture, a software application is designed to virtually partition its data and configuration so that each client organization works with a customized virtual application instance.

The client has the ability to connect to the server when the internet connection is available and download the snapshot of the course, to be used in off-line mode

3.2. BigBlueButton- Virtual ClassroomIt is an open source web conferencing system developed primarily for distance education. It supports multiple audio and video sharing, presentations with extended whiteboard capabilities - such as a pointer, zooming and drawing - public and private chat, desktop sharing, integrated VoIP using Free SWITCH, and support for presentation of PDF documents and Microsoft Office documents. Moreover, users may enter the conference in one of two roles: viewer or moderator. Smart Way adds Quran tool in virtual classroom for listen, read and interpretation purposes.

4. Digital library4.1. PhET vitual labPhET provides fun, free, interactive, research-based science and mathematics simulations. We extensively test and evaluate each simulation to ensure educational effectiveness. These tests include student interviews and observation of simulation use in classrooms. The simulations are written in Java, Flash or HTML5, and can be run online or downloaded to your computer. All simulations are open source. Multiple sponsors support the PhET project, enabling these resources to be free to all students and teachers.

Educational Videos (Twig World):Twig World institution is one of the most leading institutions in the world in the field of short films and educational materials dealing with the production of biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics and geography. Twig World has produced more than 1700 film and (300) experiment prepared in collaboration with leading academics at major universities - including Oxford and Cambridge - along with a selection of the pioneers in television production.

5. E-portifolio (Mahara)Mahara is a fully featured web application to build your electronic portfolio. You can create journals, upload files, embed social media resources from the web and collaborate with other users in groups.

6. Educational Supervision system (Eshraf)Educational supervision is a continuous, constructive, and planned process, aimed at helping and motivating teachers to know and understand themselves and to develop their knowledge and managerial skills, in accordance with scientific principles and theories. The electronic Eshraf system computerizes all the processes performed by educational supervisors (visits Field trips and teaching methods), guidance, training, career development, evaluations, recommendations…etc.) in addition to studying exam questions and analyzing them to address learning disabilities and knowledge gaps using a wide spectrum of performance indicators (Statistics, and reports) and propose suitable recommendations to allow the supervisor, to process and develop teachers’ skills on one hand, and to promote and encourage the teachers’ unique skills on the other, and also, to improve scientific and educational outcomes.
