I/We understand that or the HSBC Premier, I/We need to maintain Total Relationship Balance (TRB)** o
`25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Five lakhs only) quarterly. The TRB will be calculated based on the ollowing:1. Savings Account Balances - Calculated basis average quarterly balance held in the Savings Account.
2. Fixed Deposits - Calculated basis average quarterly balance held in Fixed Deposits.
3. Investments1 as on the last day o every calendar quarter.
4. Lie Insurance2 Premium - Calculated basis lie-to-date (total) paid up premium or policies in orce ason the last day o every calendar quarter.
5. Demat holdings - Calculated basis Market Value o Demat Holdings in the Depository Account heldwith the Bank as on the last day o every calendar quarter.
I/We confrm having read and understood the Account Rules (a copy o which is available as part othe Account Rules on www.hsbc.co.in) and hereby agree to be bound by the same together with anymodifcations made therein rom time to time by the Bank.

PhoneBanking, FAQs related to Average Quarterly Balance requirement and The Banking Codes and Standards Board o India brochure
will be despatched to your correspondence address. Your existing HSBC Debit Card(s) (i any) will be deactivated post
30 days post issuance o the HSBC Premier Debit Card.
Above mentioned TRB can also include balances maintained by your amily members in their HSBC Premier Accounts subject to the
accounts being categorised as part o a single relationship. (Please fll up a separate orm to avail o this acility).
In case you are an HSBC Premier customer in any other country^ and meet the Premier minimum balance requirement as may be
applicable in that country, you are entitled to receive HSBC Premier services in India and the quarterly TRB applicable will be waived.

To enable HSBC India and other members o the HSBC Group* in providing HSBC Premier Global
Services, I/We ully authorise HSBC India and such other member o the HSBC Group, to share
all inormation relating to me/us and my/our accounts, including, without limitation, any personal
inormation and other credit inormation maintained with or obtained by HSBC India (including those
obtained rom Credit reerence agencies) and other members o the HSBC Group.
I/We urther authorise HSBC India and all members o the HSBC Group to use, store, process, discloseand transer (whether within or outside the jurisdiction concerned and whether within or outsidethe HSBC Group) all inormation (including, without limitation, inormation relating to the Debts),
relating to me/us, as they shall consider necessary in connection with the provision o HSBC Premier
Global Services.
