Washington Flyer Taxi provides Washington Dulles International Airport patrons with world-class taxicab service to and from the Airport. Washington Flyer Taxi is contractually administered by the Washington Dulles International Airport to ensure the following high standards are maintained:

Waiting time:1) time consumed while a taxicab is waiting for passengers beginning 5 minutes after the time of arrival at a pick-up location. No time shall be charged for premature pick-up;2) time consumed while a taxicab is stopped or slowed to a speed of less than 10m.p.h.; and3) time consumed for stopovers en route at the direction of the passenger

The taxicab operator is required to use the taxicab meter to calculate the fare for every trip using the following rates and charges:

TAXI RATES

Tolls:Should a toll be charged during a trip, shall be added to the final meter rate at the end of the trip (provided the passenger was informed of the toll and given the option of takingan alternative route that does not require the payment of a toll)

Airline Vouchers:Taxicab service is restricted to the destination and payment terms listed on the airline voucher. Airline vouchers are redeemed at the lesser of the final meter rate or the voucher’s maximum value. The passenger is responsible for payment of the balance if the final meter amount exceeds the airline voucher amount. Gratuity is at the passenger’s discretion and expense. Any questions regarding airline vouchers must be directed to the issuing airline.
