Our International Patient Welfare Staff (IPWS) will assist you in altering your flight

arrangements and the extension of your visa, if required.

AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICES BY AMBULANCE/CAB

Our International Patient Welfare Staff (IPWS) will arrange for transport from the

airport to the hospital or your hotel via ambulance or cab.

TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

Our International Patient Welfare Staff (IPWS) will gladly assist you in locating and

reserving a hotel or serviced apartment to keep you in the style you are

accustomed to.

For your convenience, we can arrange hotel accommodation that is located near

You will be required to obtain a valid visa prior to your visit to India. Kindly visit the

SHORT-TERM VISIT PASS EXTENSION

The International Patient Welfare Staff (IPWS) will assist you in extending your

Short-Term Visit Pass if your treatment takes longer than had been anticipated.

FOREIGN REGISTRATION

The Foreign Passenger who visits India for any purpose has to register

himself/herself to the Foreign Registration Office. IPWS will assist you for the

documentation of foreign registration and submission of the documents.

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA

Once your Medical appointment is confirmed and your travel arrangements are

finalized we will send you a scan copy of your invitation letter so that you can

submit it at your respective embassy for approval.

billing arrangements. We work with you to ensure you understand the cost of care.

HEALTH INSURANCE

We will work with your insurance company to try and limit your out-of-pocket

expenses. The insurance company makes the final decisions, however.
