Usha Rangarajan, a renowned artist from Pune who has won several awards for her work, has the same feeling when she works with Runal Developers.

Having worked with them for the past one decade, she has sensed that their expectations are always high but are always achievable. Also working as one unit helps an architect understand the nuances a client wishes to work on.

How difficult was it to be in associate list of Runal Developers ?

It is very difficult to be in the list of Runal Developers, as they are extremely particular about detailing and quality. This made them unique.

What parameters should be kept in mind while designing a house ?

While creating a design, it is not always the four walls that matters, but the warmth, positivity, freshness, natural light and optimum utilisation of space that makes house, a home. Construction should be minimal so that space is created. Providing an extra space in the home is what gives it a special feeling. So, while designing a house, any architect, keeps in mind the end users expectations and fulfills them accordingly.

What is the USP of the project and how will it help the end user ?

We have given a thought to each and every single aspect of the layout. Right from providing basic shape to the tower in layout - we have created ‘S’ shaped towers for unobstructed natural air flow. Each tower has 2 levels of parking, considering ample parking spaces. Wide lobbies on each floor ensure the required privacy. All the apartments are East-West facing.

We have worked on creating an extra space in each house. So by giving wall-to-wall, end-to-end windows we have altered the view of the end users to gaze natural beauty through windows. This will give an impact that they do not feel separated from any view.

We have designed spaces for wardrobes which are not protruding from the walls. In fact, we have made optimum use of space. Like in kitchen, we have ensured the dry balcony area is spacious so that he/she do not feel that there is lack of space.

Washrooms, which serve as an integral part of the house has been designed keeping in mind the lifestyle of our end buyers. In fact, all our detailing has been implemented by keeping in mind the lifestyle of the buyer and his requirements. Our houses are completely made in single monolithic structures. So there is no chance of cracks in walls or leakages. We have used MIVAN Technology that helps in maintaining dimensional accuracy from ground to high rise floors.

All these factors have been designed by keeping in mind the end users expectations and their lifestyle.

How did you become a vendor for Runal Developers and tell us more about Mivan Technology?

Being the founders of Aluminium "Formwork" and market leaders in India and Malaysia, we were Runal’s first choice for this project. The technology developed by us works like a systematic lego system (with drawings). The process involves monolithically poured concrete and the end result is very accurate & completely sealed.

With our technology everything is pre-designed and fabricated in the factory in Malaysia and sent to the site. Today, using Aluminium Formwork, it takes 5 to 6 days per floor compared to 14 days taken by the traditional formwork earlier.

Please share with us your experience of being associated with Runal Developers as an integral vendor and tell us more about the project?

This is our first project with Runal Developers and hopefully our association will go a long way! Mr. Jain was looking for someone who specialised in high-rise structures and since that’s our forte, we managed to bag the project. The project has been designed using system formwork which helps in customising the design to suit project requirements.

Jain always insisted on the best material, products, vendors and that’s how we decided to liaison with a Malaysian group MFE, for Mivan Aluminium Formwork solution for the entire project.
