How do I report my senior classes?
» Freshman application will ask that you report senior year classes.
» PHS trimester courses are to be reported as: SEMESTERS (two grades given for an academic year.
» In progress: Classes taken in 1st trimester» Planned: Classes taken in 2nd and/or 3rd
trimester
Be careful to enter the correct course name on applicationsENTER EACH COURSE AS A SEMESTER COURSE, NOT TRIMESTER!!!
On UC/CSU apps - do not list non-college prep courseworkUC application has exception – provides space at end of application for
non-a-g coursework you want them to know about
Reminders for reporting grades:» Don’t report seminar course- For UC and CSU
