In general, the experience at your clinic was very positive. Your staff took very good care of my wife and made her comfortable during her hemodialysis treatments. The doctor visited regularly to make sure the correct prescription was administered. The fact the
doctor spoke fluent English made it a lot smoother. The nurses as well were very competent and caring. They kept an eye on my wife’s vital signs and made sure she
wasn’t too dehydrated.
I appreciate also that your clinic was very flexible in terms of the schedule of the treatments and was able to accommodate us when we realized we wanted the
treatments earlier in the morning. We also appreciated that someone from your staff was able to pick us up at the hotel and drive us back. It contributed to a feeling of calm
and ease with the treatments and it gave us an opportunity to get to know your staff.
You understand that having to do these treatments is stressful and can disrupt a patient’s vacation but you made all the efforts possible to make it as easy as possible so we can
enjoy our trip to lovely Puerto Vallarta.
