Performance Measurement

Aimselect Group always ensures that client engagements include clearly defined metrics and KPIs. Through regular performance review meetings we will work to ensure that the KPIs remain relevant for the account, updating as necessary.  Ensuring clients are regularly informed of the progress of the Services through the provision of the Service Level. Aimselect Group shall attend performance review and update meetings throughout the term of any agreement at which the performance of the services shall be reviewed against the SLAs and any amendments to the SLAs shall be agreed and documented.

As soon as practicable following the commencement date the parties shall agree targets, performance criteria and service levels for the services to include the KPIs set out below.
