ACTION PLAN1) What is the general problem?

_It is not getting enough customers and thus not being able to cover the costs

2) What is the specific problem?

_The problem is we run out of space for pets.

3) How will I go about solving this problem?

_Checking quality of products strictly to fill out satisfactory of customers.

_It is very likely that it takes a fair bit of time before we are able to take into account all the things we should when we are running the business. We are bound to make mistakes, but hopefully we will also be able to learn from them at least before it is too late. It is essential to consider every decision in detail with an extra care and constantly keep revising and updating the business plan as we go.

_We will need to make sure that the internal communication of the company works, so that all the employees recognize and share the vision. Employees will have to be professional, but first and foremost they need to have the right kind of attitude and make the customers feel at home in our pet shop.

_Create environments which can make our customers and stray pets feel comfortable and truthful

_Encourage and give opportunity to employees to get the right skills for a good performance and give pets good appearances
