TO WEAR THE NIQAB

What is niqab?A fixed veil that cover muslim women faces except the eyesWhat is hijab?A complete body cover excluding the eyes

Faegheh Shirazi -some said that Hijab is actually niqab

Some said wearing niqab is mustahabb and sunna and some said it is mandatory

Wearing niqab is very important in today life

Current issues- hijab and niqab ban in many country such as USA, AUSTRALIA, FRANCE, UK, TURKEY.The niqabis doesn’t want to put off their niqab and hijab. They willing to emigrated to another place to defend their principe.

Thesis statement-

I firmly believe that colleges should allow students to wear the niqab because it can uphold and protect muslim woman pride and dignity.

ARGUMENT 1:- TEENAGERS TODAY ARE FACED WITH MANY CHALLENGES THAT THREATEN THEIR DIGNITY.

There are many violent, dangerous and disturbing thing that happen every day and every second without any warning and it threaten woman dignity especially muslim woman such as:-1.Sexual harresment 2.women defamation and slander3.Rapes4.Adaultery5.Brutal killer

Federal constitution3 (1) Free to practice any religion

As a symbol that they have dignity and shame and they want other to respect them.

people tend to respect the niqab women (good women) Niqab helps develop more taqwa and become a barrier between them and the outsiders-prevent attrection.

To completes their faith as a true muslimah

Niqab is a greater jihad

Allah mention in surah al-ahzab 33:59 that a woman who close their aurah completely would not be disturb

Preservation of themselves for their husband.

Parents feel safety to allow their daughters to go out

ARGUMENT 2: COVERING AURAH COMPLETELY AS A WAY TO SHOW THEIR PRIDE AS A MUSLIMAH.

pride not in contex of arrogance but grateful being a MuslimahIslam obligation-cover all of the body except palm and face(aurah)- Al-Ahzab 33:59A sense of Islamic identity-there is no doubt that they are Muslim and showing the physical proof of their Islamic identityeasier to behave modestly when they are also covered modestlyRespect for their parents-feel a sense of pride that their daughters are guided properly.

Know that they are following the example of the “best generation” of MuslimsRecognized as a good individuals- being admired because of their mind and personality, "not for their beauty " and not as sex objects.Protect man sight version-women defamation Carry responsibility on how people view Islam and their college and themselves as wellAs a way in forming the real Muslimah stating from teenager/ipt studentsNon muslim respect muslimah people, then Islamic people and tend to follow the things that they think good for them too.

3.COUNTER ARGUMENT SOME PEOPLE SAID THAT NIQAB WOMEN FACING MANY DIFFICULTIES IN SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND HAVING SOCIAL PROBLEM

Againts colleges rules-administration thinking

Bad or weird society preceive (afraid,unliberated,backward, shocked,mocked,extremist)

Limits muslimah action from doing their desire (look ugly, cannot be well known)Hide their wrong doing and sin behind their niqab -involve in adultery and sexual relationship-involve in porn filem or scene-bad behaviour and give bad impression about Islam-Not wear niqab continuously

4. REFUTATION :-I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT GOOD NIQAB WOMEN DOESN’T FACING ANY DIFFICULTIES IN SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND DOESN’T INVOLVED IN SOCIAL PROBLEMThe women that wearing the niqab must have their own principe and have knowledge about it-sincere and willingly

Sets limits and boundaries to muslim women action-bring them to good and better way

Give positive influence or effect automatically to their behaviour-good intention get positive effect

Freely to give and follow their opinion and atick on their principe-some niqabis knowledgeble and hold good position in government

doesn’t deter or limits what muslimah want to do as long as it doesn’t against Islam rule-work,extream activities

The good woman wear niqab because of Allah and to protect their dignity, so they will wear niqab continuously.

ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVESunna-prophet wife and good women wear it-The Noble Qur’an Al-Ahzab 33:59O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (except the one or both eyes to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.-Al-Ahzab 33:53 …and when you ask for something that should be sought from the wives of the Prophet then ask them from behind a curtain(veil)
