What is a presentation?

A collection of slides relating to the same topic which may be shown while an oral report is given.

1-4, 6, or 9 slides per page

Outline view – displays the slide text in a notebook page layout to give an overview of the content of the presentation

Views

Slide View - default, allows you to see a single slide on screen. Use this view to edit or modify the presentation.

Outline View - displays slide text in a notebook page layout to give an overview of the content of a presentation. Use this view to organize the presentation.

Slide Sorter View - allows you to see miniature copies of your slides on screen so that you can see the flow of the presentation. Use this view to move, copy, and delete slides.

Notes Page View - allows you to display speaker’s note pages for each slide.

Slide Show View - allows you to see your slides as an on-screen presentation.

Change the view by clicking on the appropriate button on the bottom left of the presentation window.

Placeholders

Design Templates

Allows you to create slides with a predesigned format.
