Visibility and Blocking Rules

7

Visibility Rule:See anyone in you lineage who you are eligible to earn on – Royalty Override, Royalty Override Roll-Up and Production Bonus

Visibility

Explanation of Visibility:Lineage: All Distributors who are part of one organization as a result of sponsoring or being sponsored

Organization: Downline who is currently contributing or can contribute to your earnings.Note: If a downline can not contribute to your earnings, you will not be able to see them in BizWorks.

Enhanced Visibility:If the Distributor wishes to show their information to their upline who would otherwise not be able to see it, they may do this by selecting the Enhanced Visibility Display (on the bottom of the Downline Summary).

Note: Who you are eligible to earn on (and hence see) within BizWorks can vary from month to month due to the blocking rules.

8

Visibility (cont’d)

To determine your visibility, consider the following:• Supervisors and above may view down to a minimum of 3 active levels of

Supervisors, including Royalty Roll-Up and contributing Supervisors

• TAB Team members have no limit to the number of Supervisors levels visible; however, the same blocking rules for TAB Team Production Bonus payment will apply

• When a TAB Team member in your downline earns a TAB Team Production Bonus at a lower percent level than you, you will be able to view the information for that TAB Team member and their downline organization down to the next TAB Team Production Bonus earner at an equal or higher Production Bonus earning percentage

Note: Blocking will occur when there is a TAB Team Production Bonus earner below you with a higher Production Bonus earning percentage.

99

Example 1 – Visibility per Royalty and Royalty Override Roll-Up: GET Team member Nick is able to view his first 3 downline levels because they are in his first 3 levels of Supervisors. Nick will also have visibility to his fourth level of Supervisors because he is eligible to earn a 4% Royalty Override Roll-Up.

Example 2 – Blocking: President’s Team member Nick is able to view his first 3 downline levels because they are in his first 3 levels of Supervisors. Because Mari is earning a higher Production Bonus percentage, Nick will not have visibility below Elia because these levels are not contributing to his Royalty, Royalty Override Roll-Up or Production Bonus earnings.

BizWorks Visibility and Blocking Rules

10

Enhanced Lineage Visibility

• The Enhanced Lineage Visibility section is located at the bottom of the “Downline Summary” screen

• This is where a Distributor may opt in so that their upline, who is earning at 4% or higher Production Bonus, may pull reports and view a limited set of information of their organization (only Volume details)

Note: If a Distributor opts out as they no longer wish to make their information visible to their upline they must click ‘no’ in this field and save.

Note: If upline wishes to view their whole organization, including downline who have ‘opted in’ they may do so by selecting from the dropdown list.

11

Enhanced Lineage Visibility (cont’d)In order for a Distributor to opt in or opt out, the upline TAB Team member must be earning at 4% production bonus or greater.

• If a Distributor opts in, this will provide the TAB Team, an option to view additional lineage currently being blocked by an equal or higher Production Bonus percentage earner

- Upline must be earning at 4% or higher

- Production Bonus earner who is blocking the upline must “Opt In”

- Downline can opt in via BizWorks as a subscriber or via a consent form (if not a BizWorks subscriber)

• After Opt-in, Upline will be able to view limited information as follows:

- Personal identifiable information on the Distributors that “Opt-in”

- On the rest of the downline, only business data will be displayed (lineage level, country of residence, team level, volume and royalty points)

12

“Why am I unable to see a downline level that I could see last month?”

Due to the above, a Distributor may be blocked, as you can view only Distributors who you have earned on based on the last Royalty paid month.

Note: In some cases, due to the TAB Team Payout Guidelines, a Supervisor may occasionally be blocked from viewing Distributor details for a Downline if they did not earn on them in the previous month.

Supervisors subscribed to BizWorks will automatically be able to view their first three levels.

1. Did you earn Royalty Override on the downline level you are trying to view?

2. Did you earn Royalty Roll-Up on the downline level you are trying to view?

3. Did you earn Production Bonus on the downline level you are trying to view?

Distributor Volume Report (cont’d)

21

• The Distributor Volume Report will display only the Volume Points that can be used by a Distributor toward Qualified Producer and 5K Supervisor qualifications

• Herbalife Business Rules state that if a Supervisor does not requalify his/her status annually, he/she will be demoted to Senior Consultant or Qualified Producer (if they have achieved the required Volume for the Qualified Producer level). Note: Demoted Supervisors can not use Personally Purchased Volume.

• Distributors cannot use Personally Purchased Volume from the previous fiscal year toward qualification to Qualified Producer or Supervisor

• The qualifications will begin with February Volume Points of the current fiscal year, thereby, showing the actual Volume that can be used toward qualification. For demoted Supervisor and Qualified Producers, the Distributor Volume Report will display “0” for the months on the report prior to the demotion date in February.
