GIULIANI is a leading Italian Engineering Company specialized in
aluminum Curtain Walls and metal frames design, manufacturing
and installation.
GIULIANI carries out the design, production and installation phases
through its two main departments:
Building Envelopes
Metal Frames.
Since its foundation in 1971 in the northern town of Forlì, the
company has constantly been developing and now covers a total
area of over 32.000 sqm, of which 15.000 sqm indoor, and counts
on the skills of over 150 experts, who constitute the core of the
business know-how.
All this leads to an average monthly production of over 15.000 sqm
of glass frames, approximately 200 modules a day.
For several years GIULIANI has also been present abroad with
projects in Europe (mainly Italy and France), Saudi Arabia and
Africa.

GIULIANI Soc. Coop. is also qualified for design & construction of public works in Italy on the basis of the National SOA Certificationfor the OS 6 and OS18-B Categories.

PASS VEC CERTIFICATION
The PASS VEC is a certification issued by the French organization CSTB
(Scientific and Technical Center for Building) which certifies the
compliance of the production process of structural bonding with the
French standards.
This certification is mandatory for working in France accordingly to the
Cahier Technique of CSBT 3488.
Giuliani Soc. Coop. obtained the PASS VEC Certification in February,
2016 adapting its design process and Factory Production Control system
(CPU) to the French Standards as well.
This Certification allows Giuliani Soc. Coop. to proceed with the
structural bonding process of the glazed units on their proper metal
frames directly in its factory, letting Giuliani be included in the PASS VEC
list of Companies authorized to produce structurally bonded products for
the French Construction Market.

Giuliani Soc. Coop. can rely on an internal Technical Design Department able to carry out all the design and engineering phases of thedevelopment of each project, starting from the support to the Architect during the preliminary design phase, until the finalmanufacturing of the products.
The Giuliani Design Dept. works both in 2D and 3D environments, accordingly to the requirements of each single project.

Standard Design Process:

Giuliani Soc. Coop. can rely on the availability of an authorized
Laboratory, inside its production facility, which allows the Company to
directly conduct tests on its own products.
All the new systems designed and fabricated by Giuliani Soc. Coop.
are subjected to Air-Tightness, Water-Tightness and Wind Resistance
tests, as well as to Pull-out tests and Mechanical Resistance tests.
Furthermore, it is possible to carry out Thermal Analisys and
simulations in order to evaluate the energy performance of the
different systems.
Giuliani is also able to test the acoustic insulation performances of
window and façade systems through its internal authorized Acoustic
Laboratory, accordingly to the European Standards.
