Reviewed more than 30 guides to resources of all kinds

Assessed their currency and relevance to IL

Moved to portal as is, requested permission when needed, designated for updating, or declared obsolete

Updated guides include those to China Academic Journals and Nikkei Telecom 21; others are in progress
