  • There are web services available to store your documents and website favorites also. They allow you to share your lists with others.   • Keep Kinder focused and engaged during their visit by using Consistent procedures and expectations Story Circle; dismissed to numbered tables Work on story or discussion activity Tables are called by numbers for book selection and then students are checked out individually I use this system for K-2 they know what to expect in the library and it helps things go smooth (most of the time).

  • Student work can be done online using several programs. Glogster makes animated posters Animoto puts together images and sets it to music for a video. Both companies have a free education version as well as a subscription service.

Students are linked together through your main account. They can email each other and see their posters but no one outside your class can unless they have the web address. How have you embarrassed them? In what weird ways does your family like to have fun? Does anyone in your family perform weird and disgusting food tricks? What do you think it would be like to be adopted? How can you include kids you know in activities when you think they have been left out because no one likes them? Activities for Regular Kids Decorate a lunchbox and make a strange lunch to put inside! Make a doodle picture notebook! Collect synonyms and write or draw a crazy synonym adventure story! Make a recipe collection of strangely named family recipes! Make a list of funny names! Ask a relative to tell you a TALL TALE! Have a regular kid kind of summer and be ready to tell someone all about it! Take a look at baby pictures of family members! Give your regular family members a huge hug!
