As of January 1, 2002, for purposes of tuition at ’s public colleges, undocumented youth will be treated as “residents”. Desde el 1 de Enero del 2002, con el propósito de pagar la cuota escolar y matricularse en los colegios y universidades publicas, los jóvenes inmigrantes indocumentados serán tratados como “residentes”.

Cuales son los requisitos?

Attend high school in California for three or more years Graduate from a California high school or receive a GEDRegister as an entering student or current enrollment at an accredited college or university on or after Fall 2001-2002 academic yearFile an affidavit with the school
