the possible way of improving End User Computing skills

• E-Learning is a learning environment supported at the continuously evolving, collaborative processes focused on increasing individual and organizational performance (Robert K Logan).

• Cooperative Learning a teaching strategy in which small teams, each with students of different levels of ability, use a variety of learning activities to improve their understanding of a subject (David & Roger Johnson)
