CONNECTED SUPPLY CHAIN
In search of the “Smart Factory of the Year”
December 9, 2021
Presents 17 Years of
INDIA MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE AWARDS
Television Media Partner:
Welcome to the 2021 edition of Frost & Sullivan’s India Manufacturing Excellence Awards (IMEA).
It is the country’s earliest and most respected assessment-based manufacturing award. With a proprietary assessment methodology developed through 1,000 manufacturing site reviews, this program is an ideal platform to drive your operational excellence journey. Over the past sixteen years, Frost & Sullivan has assisted automotive, industrial engineering, FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and metals-based organizations to advance their manufacturing capabilities, extend supply chains, and optimize production systems.
We are deeply committed to technology-driven change in India, and our “Smart Manufacturing Model” has been developed to serve and advance the IMEA vision.
All short-listed companies will be eligible for a digital manufacturing readiness assessment tailored towards operational excellence technology framework. This will allow the participants to be nominated for the Frost & Sullivan “Smart Factory Award” review. There will be a maximum of three awards in this category.
Given the current COVID-19 situation, IMEA 2021 aims to facilitate the assessment discussion around the following topics:
• What were your most effective COVID-19 responses? • How were manufacturing operations affected due to a dependence on distant global
supply chains? • Have circular supply chain operations helped you leverage unexploited raw materials? • Does the company plan to reconfigure its strategy to accelerate the adoption of advanced
manufacturing and digital technologies?
This year will be exciting, as our ever-evolving IMEA model has incorporated the above elements in our assessment process with the continued objective to learn, grow and improve through the sharing of meaningful operational insights. While advising clients on their digital manufacturing journey, Frost & Sullivan is set to enhance India’s competitive advantage in manufacturing.
I invite you to be part of this exciting journey and partner with us in taking India to its true manufacturing potential: The Future Global Powerhouse.
