Soda announces strategic alliance in Singapore

Melbourne based property developer Soda Property Group has announced a strategic alliance with Singapore real estate agency Ray International Group. Toly Romanidis of SODA said “a local agent will provide Singaporean investors looking to purchase in Melbourne with a consistent contact point”. SODA had its first exhibition in Singapore in September at the SMART Property Expo held at the Marina Bay Sands - competition winner pictured above with SODA founder, Toly Romanidis. After an extremely positive response from SMART expo attendees the group decided to exhibit at the iProperty expo on October 25th & 26th at the Suntec Singapore International Convention Exhibition Centre. Ray International Group will represent SODA and the development known as Pendulum Apartments. “Who better to team up with than someone of Ray’s (Raymond Chow) experience and proven performance in the Melbourne property market” said Mr Romanidis.

75% of the apartments have now been sold with only 4 two-bedroom apartments remaining priced from $490,000. Works commenced in August with completion expected by late 2015.
