More and more French and foreign breeders are looking forward to this popular show that takes place right in the town centre.We want to thank the town council for their valued support once again.This new Prestige sale will be the opportunity to see the limousin genetics of the future and take a look at the new sires that will be used in the next few years.You will be impressed by the bulls that we have selected in the best herds : their quality, the variety of their morphological types and bloodlines.The 9 heifers, the best from each herd, give you the opportunity to create a new bloodline or to make rapid genetic improvements in your herd.We truly appreciate the work of the breeders that have worked hard to make this 22nd sale a success.

En effet, ce concours qui se situe dans le centre de la ville s’impose année après année comme le plus beau et le plus suivi par les éleveurs français et étrangers.Cette manifestation ne serait pas possible sans le soutien sans faille de la Municipalité de Brive que l’on remercie.La vente Prestige XXII va être l’occasion de suivre l’évolution de la génétique limousine et d’admirer les futurs reproducteurs qui vont être utilisés dans les prochaines années.Les reproducteurs mâles qui ont été sélectionnés par KBS Genetic dans les meilleurs élevages vont vous impressionner par leur qualité mais aussi par leur diversité dans les types morphologiques et leurs origines !Les 9 génisses qui sont les meilleures de leurs élevages respectifs sont l’occasion de créer une lignée nouvelle ou d’améliorer votre élevage.Il faut souligner l’implication des éleveurs qui se sont mobilisés pour que cette 22ème vente Prestige soit un succès.

Health status The animals must have negative results at the following analysis within 30 days before the sale : IBR, BVD (virus), Johnes’s disease (Elisa test).In plus, the herds from where they are coming are free of these deseases. DNA and double muscle gene test for bulls. All the animals for sale are vaccinated against blue tongue.
Conditions of sale at auction of pedigree cattle 1. The Auctioneer may without giving any reason therefor refuse to accept any bid and may withdraw any animal for which the bidding is considered insufficient.3. No person may advance less at a bid than a sum to be named from time to time by the Auctioneer, and no bidding may be retracted.4. The Vendor may bid for any animal, or animals, and may withdraw any animal, either personally or through the Auctioneer, or through any other person, as many times as they respectively may think fit.5. The Purchaser of each animal shall give their name and address to the Auctioneer and pay for the all animals purchased in case immedi-ately at the close of sale. No animal or animals shall be removed from the sale premises until paid for in full and a pass-out slip obtained from the Auctioneer.6. Each animal shall be at the Purchaser’s absolute risk from the fall of the hammer, and shall be removed from the sale premises at the Purchaser’s expense.7. The right of property in each animal shall not pass to the Purchaser until the full purchase price is paid and the contract is signed by the Purchaser.8. Care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the catalogue but no sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or faults in any of the animals by reason of the animals being incorrectly described in the cat-alogue, or by the Auctioneer in the ring, and no compensation whatever shall be paid in respect of any such faults or errors of description.9. All statements in the catalogue or made by the Auctioneer at the time of sale relating to any veterinary or other tests are to be taken as state-ments of fact only. No such statements shall guarantee the Purchaser of any animal against loss arising from the subsequent reaction of such animal to any test administered after the sale, and the Vendor shall not be in any way liable should this occur.10. Neither the Vendors nor the Auctioneers will be responsible for any accident or any injury to persons or property through fire or any other cause whatsoever, nor for any damage caused by animals prior to, during or after the sale.
Conditions de venteCertificats généalogiques : tous les animaux seront accompagnés de leur certificat généalogique.Les frais d’exportation (pédigrées, tests sanitaires, compléments frais de quarantaine) seront facturés en sus.Commission : une commission de 5 % sera appliquée sur le montant de l’enchère, payable par l’acheteur.Paiement : tous les animaux devront être payés durant ou juste après la vente et ne seront livrés qu’après paiement complet. Conditions sanitairesLes animaux devront avoir eu des résultats négatifs aux analyses sui-vantes dans les 30 jours qui précèdent la vente : IBR, BVD (virologie) et Paratuberculose (Elisa).En plus, ils proviennent d’élevages réputés indemnes des maladies ci-dessus.Recherche ADN et gène MH pour les taureaux. Tous les animaux à la vente sont vaccinés contre la FCO.
Droits et obligations des vendeursLes animaux présentés à la vente par KBS GENETIC le sont sous la responsabilité exclusive des éleveurs et sont vendus avec les garanties ordinaires de droit.En cas de réclamation de l’acheteur, le vendeur accepte de soumettre l’examen du différent à KBS GENETIC et de s’en remettre à ses conclu-sions.Les animaux étant vendus en tant que reproducteurs, tout animal ne satisfaisant pas à sa fonction de géniteur en monte naturelle devra être repris par l’éleveur vendeur aux conditions stipulées dans les conclu-sions de KBS GENETIC.
Responsabilité de KBS GENETICKBS GENETIC ne pourra être tenu responsable d’une quelconque défaillance ou défaut de déclaration des vendeurs et/ou acquéreurs vis à vis des animaux mis en vente ou des informations publiées dans le catalogue de vente. A ce titre, l’acheteur et/ou le vendeur renoncent expressément à tout recours envers KBS GENETIC pour obtenir répa-ration des préjudices résultant de tout vice caché qui trouverait son origine dans un défaut de déclaration de l’éleveur propriétaire et/ou des conséquences pouvant résulter d’une maladie ou d’un défaut constaté postérieurement à la vente et qui n’aurait pu être détecté par les moyens mis en place à travers le plan de prévention sanitaire de la vente.
Clause de réserve de propriété :Le ou les animaux resteront propriété du vendeur jusqu’à complet paie-ment du prix et cela quelles que soient les modifications physiologiques ou les transformations subies par ces animaux. L’acheteur ne pourra revendre les animaux non payés à des tiers sans avoir préalablement averti le vendeur et avoir obtenu son accord express et écrit.
