amend certain conditions contained in theCerlificate of SiLe and Facility issued inNHSEC Docket No. 2008-04, Application
of Granite Reliable Power, LLC, on July 15,2009 (Cert(Geste).

On July 15. 2009. the Committee'ranted a CertIBcate to 'the Applicant for
tile siting, construction and operation of a99 MW wind powered electric generation
facility consisting of 33 wind turbines anprivate lands located in Dixvige, Erving's
Location, Migsfield, Odeg and the Town ofDummer in Coos County (Facgity.) The
Facility is fully construci.ed and commer-
ciaBy operating. The Certificate imposed

into the CertiTicate through a High Eleva-
tion Mitigation Settlement Agreement. In-
cluded within the High Elevation Mitiga-
tion Settlement Agreement, Section A,
