Sweet and sour fruits: Avocado, Cherries, Figs, Grapes, Kiwi, Lemons, limes, mangoes, papaya

Sweet fruits: Peaches, Cherries, Apricots, Berries, Coconut, Pineapple, Plums, Melons, Figs

Astringent Fruit: Persimmons, Pomegranates, Prunes, Raisins, Cranberries
