Brian Davis, disabled man from Iowa, made the mistake of telling his physical therapist that he believes security at his grand daughter’s school islacking. Now he is in the slammer charged with felony threat of terrorism.
According to the people who ratted out Davis to the cops, he threatened to storm the school and shoot people. “I never said that I would go in thereand do something to those kids.” Davis told WHO TV 13 in Des Moines. “I said anybody, any one person could go in there. Anybody.”
The leviathan national security state and its engorged under belly of bureaucrats, judges, prosecutors and redundancy of increasingly sadistic copsneeds victims like Mr. Davis to justify its existence.

His therapist probably speaks English as a second language….I order stuff at fast food restaurants and it’s rarely made right, like I’m speaking a foreign language, well duh, this is Tucson and I’m right byborder. I even printed up my order handed it to the Carl’s Jr. folks and they still messed it up, LOL! I’d rather live in a foreign country wherethey at least attempted to understand me because they want my money and my business.Between the left wing nut jobs and the illegals it’s a wonder we aren’t all in jail. All of the information has not been released, the guy apparently made this comment around the wrong people and they took it as a possiblethreat. Not sure how anyone else feels but if you use the word gun, kid, shoot, and school in the same sentence, then you will be questioned ashould be. Pretty soon a guy with a taser will be in the back of every classroom to deal with any “disruption”. Hell, why not put those TSA shockbracelets on every child and give the teacher a remote control? This is complete BS. This is the very thing I fought for in the military…. keeping our country free. This man doesn’t appear to be free to meappears to be constrained based on the carrot suit he’s wearing and the confined room he is in, all for saying his opinion.
This man should clearly be released from jail. Also, our government has taken this whole terrorist thing way too far. Kids under 18 are nowbeing charged with making terrorist threats. I bet Americans never dreamed of having this “terrorist” scam turned around on themselves.
Remember back in 2001 when we thought that anyone from the Middle East was suspicious? Yeah…. so that was just a cover for creating thsystem and getting it implemented. An analogy could be used between seat belts and schools.
Some cars are worthy of seatbelt protection and others not because the state or society deem them less worthy?
One deprived of the right of protection for oneself or their family would naturally object, express concern, protest the injustice.

If he went on the assumption he didn’t have a 1st Amendment right, or the right against self incrimination than he would be playing with hisgrand son right now.
The justification? It is better to be safe then sorry and such is the justification of denial of freedom.
It is surely a slippery slope. Where does it stop, at the gas chamber?
I have heard it is better to execute a few of the innocent to protect society because they would probably commit a crime anyway, this was bacwhen the hanging Governor was setting a national record on executions, its all about the numbers.

I understand exactly what that guy did. He said something like “My grandkids school has no security. I could go in there and shoot everyoneand nobody is there to stop me.” He didn’t say he was going to do it, he was just pointing out the lack of security. Its against the law to say yare going to do something violent. It is not against the law to say that you have the ability to do something illegal. Some “state brainwashedsnitch” was either is too stupid to realize that the context in which it was said was what mattered, not the mere words used, or worse, theyunderstood the context perfectly but just couldn’t resist the chance to suck up to the government and/or screw over an innocent person. Therea reason that revolutions end with all the rats hanging from light posts. Now that I think about it there has been a big increase in cases wheregovernment arrests people for non crimes. They don’t end in convictions but the media never reports that part. They just report the arrest inorder to chill free speech. I am sure it is by design to make people afraid to speak out against the government.

Yes, North Korea is worse, but they never had “the vote” or any other rights. The USA gave them to Stalin at Malta – even supphim with all the weaponry to do the job for free.
Americans, by contrast, have had every opportunity to stop this, but were outsmarted by the clever ‘businessmen’ and ‘bankers’the International Corporate Order into willingly giving up their rights, without even a respectable attempt at boycotts or generalstrikes.
The 60s hippies were the last ones to even point their finger at the overall exploitation system itself, instead of some ‘left’ or ‘rigtrick, but Nixon’s cheap heroin and Cointelpro infiltrations and assassinations took them out.

People have not been lazy. There have never been more or larger demonstrations against the government. There have never been morepeople who participate in elections, either running for office or as campaign volunteers. There is simply no effect and people don’t knowhat to do. People even tried to create their own political party-the TEA Party and it was co-opted and corrupted.
The only viable answer I see is voting in a system of direct democracy that bypasses Congress all together.
