Ostrakism –mild, mostly psychological forms of violence, "little pranks"
Physical aggression and hardening of manipulation – tension rises within
the group, venting through ostracized children (serving as a lightning rod
for the class's moods).
Creating a nucleus – creating a group of aggressors who systematically
bully the most eligible victims.
Totality - perfect bullying. Aggressor standards are accepted and
respected by all.
