1. Go to www.prezi.com and select Signup

2. Select Free or Educational (Free if you are a teacher)

3. Free account = 100 mb Teacher = 500 mb storage 4. Sign into your Prezi Account

5. Select New Prezi

6. Title and briefly describe your Prezi

7. You will be greeted with a quick tutorial screen feel free to use it as well as the step-by-step tutorials located on the main page

Circle Menu - all necessary functions

Write (insert text )

Show (displays this menu

Frame (inserts Frame around an item)

Insert: Shape/Picture/YouTube

Colors: overall theme/style

Path (choose order of images/text/videos/files)

Full Screen

Zoom Menu: -note that you can also zoom in and out via your scroll wheel on your mouse

Select Insert from the Circle Menu

Select Load File

Select your image/file (.pdf or pictures)

You will see a uploading and please wait screen just prior to the file appearing

Modify/rotate/resize your image

Copy the URL of the video you want

Select Insert

Select YouTube

Paste the URL into the insert YouTube Video window

In Full Screen Mode Controls left – write Full Screen-Previous-Next At anytime during the show you can use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom out or select another image/text/video if you want to discuss at item at greater length you can also use the arrows on your Keyboard to move through your show
