The interview is held in a very cordial environment. I was interviewed by two senior persons. One is Director of WSP consultants and the second person is the director of Perceus Resort. The interview took about 2 hours and mostly I was talking and they were listening.The question and answers asked are as follows.

1. What you did in the design of D-wall of Al Rigga station.2. How do you do the assessment.

3. Did you find BD & BS codes ambiguous.

4. What about the portal fame drawing you put in.5. Have you read CDM regulations.

6. How do you program the work. How do you monitor it. Do you have weekly meeting.

7. What type of contracts you have worked in.

8. What is your experience in the commercial aspect of structural engineering.

9. What do you think of the efficient utilization of material.

10. What is your knowledge about environmental issues.11. Tell me an example where you have worked different alternative designs at conceptual stage.

12. What is your experience at site.

13. What is your experience of temporary works at sites.

14. How do you identify something is going wrong and to whom and how it is reported at site.
