Growth in mobile internet services has brought with it enhanced variety and consumer choice. However,value for money choices amidst multiple product lines poses new consumer challenges. Often times, customers cannot make optimal purchase decisions due to unclear terms and conditions and the sheer amount of options.
In line with our consumer protection and competition mandates, the UCC presents comparisons ofmobile/wireless internet plans to enable ease of price comparisons by consumers.
For this half year edition of these comparisons, we have focused the comparative analyses tomicro data bundles with varying validity periods. The choice of this segment has been informed by the wide spread appeal of these packages by data consumers, and our continued commitment to empower consumers in making informed decisions.
