Booking Arrangements A booking deposit of £500 is payable to Lagan Homes (Rathgael) Ltd in order to reserve a property. (Up until contract acceptance £250 of the booking deposit will be refundable). The 10% deposit of the purchase price will be payable on exchange of contract which should be within four weeks of receipt of contract. If contracts cannot be exchanged within this timescale the property may be placed back onto the market. For your convenience, Lagan Homes (Rathgael) Ltd will pay for your electricity and water connection charges in advance. However, please note these amounts will be added onto your final account as follows: Water Connection Charge £239.00, Electricity Connection Charge £315.00. Management Company Each purchaser will become an equal shareholder within the Management Company and pay an equal service charge towards the maintenance of the common areas. This will ensure the control and future maintenance of Lynn Hall Park lies with all of the purchasers acting together, under the guidance of an experienced managing agent.
