STANDARD EQUIPMENT IN THE CARAVANSBungalow: TV (32-inch television), electricity, heating, air, water connection (hot water), standard kitchen equipment with 240-litre refrigerator and microwave, pillows and blankets, linen (changed weekly from 7 nights), table and chairs. A cot is available in the living room only. As an alternative, we recommend reserving a bed guard so that the child may sleep in the bedroom. Terrace: table and chairs.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICETV, electricity; standard and special equipment depending on the caravan model; WC, shower and hot water in the sanitary facilities, parking for one vehicle near to the bungalow, the use of all the leisure facilities, events and animation as shown in the programme (if there is no charge), admission to the Lido Tenero swimming pool. Ticino Ticket: Upon arriving at the campsite, every guest is given on request a day pass, which is valid until the day they depart. The ticket allows them to use the public transport free of charge throughout the canton during their stay.

CONDITIONSThere is a basic minimum stay of 2 nights (7 nights in the low summer season). The prices are per night. At least one adult must be present per bungalow. The maximum occupancy depends on the sleeping facilities in the respective bungalow. Dogs and motorboats are not admitted.

RESERVATIONSReservations made on the campingtamaro.ch website are always free of charge and can be booked 24/7. Only one e-mail address is required. A deposit of 50% of the rental price must be paid to confirm the reservation. The balance of 50% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.There is a booking fee of CHF 50.– for reservations made by phone and e-mail. The day of arrival and departure in the mid season and in summer is possible on certain days according to the model of the bungalow (see table). The minimum stay in these seasons is 7 nights.

CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTUREThe following conditions apply in the event that a booking for a bungalow is cancelled:Up to 5 weeks before the arrival date, 20% of the total amount will be charged.Up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, 70% of the total amount will be charged.Up to 1 week before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.If a booking is cancelled or the visitor leaves before their confirmed departure date, Camping Tamaro Resort is permitted to rented the bungalow out to other visitors. The visitor is advised to take out a travel cancellation insurance. In the case of early departure, the price for the booked period is due for payment and the bungalow can then be used for other purposes.

PUBLIC WLAN INCLUDED IN PRICEThe campsite is equipped with a public WLAN. Visitors can set up a wireless Internet connection from each bungalow and this is included in the price per night.

ARRIVALThe bungalow is ready for you from 14.00 on the day of your arrival. Please plan your arrival from this time (there is no waiting area in front of the entrance) and respect the quiet times. As a general rule there is no access by motor vehicles between 22.30 and 7.00; as well as during the lunch break between 12.00 and 14.00 in the spring and autumn season. If visitors do not turn up within 24 hours from the planned arrival date, the respective bungalow will be allocated to another visitor.

CHECKING INVisitors can check in from 14.00 to 20.00 on the day of arrival (in March and October until 18.00, and any later by arrangement only). Please show your ID card or passport, specify the number and age of all those travelling with you and sign the police registration form. When you check in, you will receive a vignette for your car with a self-adhesive plastic cover, please attach it to the windscreen on the left in front of the driver‘s seat.

CHECKING OUTVisitors must check out by 10.00 on the day before their departure. A further night is automatically added if the bill is settled late. Both CHF and € are accepted as well as most credit cards. The magnetic card for the access control system is also to be handed back on departure. The bungalow is to be handed back in a clean state upon departure.

All bungalows are non-smoking bungalows.
