WHAT IS MYBA?

MYBA is an acronym for the Worldwide Yachting Association. It is a trade association founded in 1984 by a group of prominent yacht brokers with the aim of promoting standards

of professionalism and ethics in the yachting industry throughout the Mediterranean, and worldwide.

Membership is available to eligible companies a with proven track record of professional excellence in the yachting industry.

Companies using MYBA terms are required to hold PI Insurance and meet strict professional requirements.

MYBA charter agreement has been developed over the years and provides an industry-standard throughout the world. Thanks to the serial No and the date on an MYBA charter agreement,

you will be able to verify whether or not a charter agreement you have been presented is a valid MYBA charter agreement or not.

By working with MYBA company you have benefit from the safeguards that have been established and be assured they are represented by experienced professionals

and have adequate protection.
