We look forward to providing you with the highest quality food and beverage in a very unique setting. Hosting your event at Salt River Fields is a great way to hit a home run with your group. Spectra and Salt River Fields work closely together to ensure that your event exceeds the expectations of you and your guests.

Menu Information

Our menu is written with you in mind. We have tried to create a very diverse set of offerings to satisfy all kinds of events. Scottsdale offers a wide range of cuisine and we hope that our menu reflects that local culture. We do understand that there are many other options out there and are willing to work with you to incorporate any suggestions. We can custom tailor any menu when you provide us with the right information. As you plan your activities at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, our catering coordinator will meet with you to assist in selecting a menu. Please call us at 480-270-5149 or e-mail your event requests to [email protected] to begin the process.

Pricing, Payment and Cancellations

Food and beverage prices are shown on the menu. Additional charges may be incurred for special requests. A 50% deposit on all events must be paid 7 days in advance and is nonrefundable at the time of payment. Should you cancel less than three business days before the event, you will be billed in full. Billing inquiries must be made within 10 days of the date of the invoice. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact our office at 480-270-5149.



Management Charge

All catered events are subject to a 18% Management Charge. This Management Charge is the sole property of the food/beverage service company or the venue owner, as applicable, is used to cover such party’s costs and expenses in connection with the catered event (other than employee tips, gratuities, and wages), and is not charged in lieu of a tip. The Management Charge is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge, nor is it purported to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge, for any wait staff employee, service employee, service bartender, or other employee, and no part of the Management Charge will be distributed (as a tip, gratuity, or otherwise) to any employee who provides service to guests.

Linens, Equipment, and Staffing

Table linens, equipment, and staffing may not be included in the price. Please contact Chris with the sales team with further questions on this matter. We rent many of these components at very reasonable prices to ensure you’re your event has the right look and feel.
