“ Being part of the Aspirant Heads course was an inspiring and enlightening

experience. I was able to spend 3 days shadowing an experienced head teacher

in a contrasting setting to my own. The process allowed me to gain valuable experience in areas I would not have had

the opportunity to in my own setting as well as giving me a chance to reflect on

my ambitions for the future.”
