Here are tips on choosing a restaurant and ordering your food to help keep you safe from dangerous pathogens.

Don't be afraid to ask the waiter or waitress how items on the menu areprepared.

Consider avoiding buffets. Sometimes food in buffets sits out for a while and might not be kept at the proper temperaturewhether hot or cold.

Food Safety while Eating Out

It's nice to take a break from

cooking or get together with

others for a meal at a restaurant.

But, do you think about food safety when you eat out?

You should.

Once you choose a place to eat, take a look at the bathroom, tables, and floors. In most restaurants, you can’t see inside the kitchen and even if you could, some of the most egregious food-safety errors, such as under-cooking or letting foods sit out too long, might not be visible. But you can see the common areas, and if they are filthy, the kitchen might be too. No soap in the bathroom? Then how are employ-ees washing their hands effectively after they use the toilet? Does your waiter have dirty fingernails or other signs of bad hygiene? What if he uses his bare hands to fill your bread basket? Are rodents or insects visible in the front of the restaurant? Do you think they stay out of the kitchen?

Ask for your food to be well-done or thoroughly cooked, and send it back if it’s not.

If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, tell your waiter. Don’t just ask whether the dish you’ve selected has any peanut ingredients, explain that you have a serious allergy. That way an inexperienced server should take the time to double-check with the kitchen or manager. If you just don’t like something, explain that you will send the dish back if it comes with that ingredient. Said with a smile, such requests are generally honored with ease.

Last but not least, use nutrition information if it’s provided, to help you make smart dining decisions

Clean time by Waxing

Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal

which removes the hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week due to some of their hair being on a different growth cycle. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, pubic area (called bikini waxing), legs, arms, back, abdomen and feet. There are many types of waxing suitable for removing unwanted hair.

Strip waxing (soft wax) is accomplished by spreading a wax thinly over the skin. A

cloth or paper strip is applied and pressed firmly, adhering to the strip wax and the wax to the skin. The strip is then quickly ripped against the direction of hair growth, as parallel as possible to the skin to avoid trauma to the it that is bruising, broken capillaries, and ingrown hairs caused by hair follicle trauma and lifting of skin. This removes the wax along with the hair.

Strip-less wax as opposed to strip wax, also referred to as hard wax, is applied some-what thickly and with no cloth or paper strips. The wax then hardens when it cools, thus allowing the easy removal by a therapist without the aid of cloths. This waxing method is very beneficial to people who

have sensitive skin. Strip-less wax does not adhere to the skin as much as strip wax does, thus making it a good option for sensitive skin as finer hairs are more easily removed because the hard wax encapsulates the hair as it hardens. The strip - less waxing method can also be less painful.

Waxing on sensitive body parts is best performed by an expert such as a licensed esthetician. Most parts of the body can be waxed, including nose and ear hair.

Areas individuals should never wax include eyelashes and eyelids. These areas can be severely damaged if waxed.

By unwind the beauty spot up of tips.

Waxing is best performed by an expert.

What you put in your mouth can affect the health of your teeth and gums. Choosing the right foods early in life can be espe-cially beneficial throughout your whole life.

Majority of the population that do use floss on a regular basis do not use it correctly. If you don’t clean between the teeth, you’re cleaning only 60 per cent of the tooth’s surfaceSpending money on regular dental visits for maintaining your oral health now will save you big bucks in the end, and your teeth will thank you for it by staying put!

Clenching and grinding your teeth can make you wake up in the morning with sore facial muscles and can also crack, chip and wear your teeth. Not many people know that but your dentist can help with this

You don’t have to be a genius to know that smoking is bad for your general health but did you know that smoking reduces the blood flow to

your mouth. Plus don’t forget the bad breath, stinky clothes and yellow teeth.

You should never use a hard toothbrush. Hard toothbrushes cause abrasion to your enamel, which

then exposes your dentine making your teeth appear more yellowish. Rinse your toothbrush with hot water before using it to soften the bristles.

Changing your toothbrush is vital in keeping your oral hygiene in a good condition. Toothbrushes

should be changed every 3 months due to the ineffectiveness after this. Brush at least twice a day.

The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth.

Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices. Food acids soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel, causing holes (cavities or caries). In severe cases, teeth may be ‘eaten’ right down to the gum.

Mount Kilimanjaro with its three volcanic cones, "Kibo", "Mawenzi", and "Shira", is a dormant volcanic mountain in Tanzania. It is the highest mountain in Africa, and rises approximately 4,877 meters (16,001 ft) from its base to 5,895 meters (19,341 ft) above sea level. The mountain is part of the Kilimanjaro National Park and is a major climbing destination.

Kilimanjaro is technically the easiest to climb of the Seven Summits. You don’t need ropes or special mountaineering gear, or even any previous mountain climbing experience.

Kilimanjaro National Park is surprisingly clean. Park Rangers weigh all the bags coming on and off the mountain and trekking companies pay heavy fines if the bags come

down light. Kilimanjaro one of the world’s greatest natural wonders: a snow covered mountain on the equator, an ocean of green forest surrounded by dry savannah.

Climbing Kilimanjaro is like walking from the equator to the North Pole in a week, providing dramatic changes in vegetation and animal life day by day. Kilimanjaro is also a sky island. Its high altitudes have created habitat for strange and unique life forms found only on a few other peaks on the planet, such as the delicate elephant flower and the bizarre Kilimanjaro tree.

Mount Kilimanjaro National Park was established to protect the mountain above the tree line as well as the six forest cor-ridors that extend downslope through the

mountain forest belt. The forests of the southern slopes and surrounding areas are home to elephants, buffalo, and eland (ox like antelopes). Smaller mammals inhabiting the forests include black and white Colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, and bushbuck and duikers (small African antelopes). The forests also host a rich variety of birdlife, including the rare Abbot’s starling.

The chess board

Puzzle no 28

We all know that chess board has 64 squares. This can be completely covered by 32 cardboard rectangles, each card-board just covering 2 squares.

Supposing we remove 2 squares of the chess board at diagonally opposite cor-ners, can we cover the modified board with 31 rectangles? If it can be done, how can we do it? And if it cannot be done, prove it impossible.

Magnus Chase has always been a trou-bled kid. Since his mother's mysterious death, he's lived alone on the streets of Boston, surviving by his wits, keeping one step ahead of the police and the tru-ant officers. One day, he's tracked down by an uncle he barely knows a man his mother claimed was dangerous. Uncle Randolph tells him an impossible secret: Magnus is the son of a Norse god.The Viking myths are true. The gods of Asgard are preparing for war. Trolls, gi-ants and worse monsters are stirring for doomsday. To prevent Ragnarok, Magnus must search the Nine Worlds for a weap-on that has been lost for thousands of years.

Magnus Chase- Book

After a hive-minded alien race called the Boov conquer the Earth, they relocate the planet's human population all except for a little girl named Tip (Rihanna), who's managed to hide from the aliens. When Tip meets a fugitive Boov called Oh (Jim Parsons), there's mutual distrust.

However, Oh is not like his comrades; he craves friendship and fun. As their distrust fades, the pair set out together to find Tip's mother, but, unbeknown to them, the Gorg - enemies of the Boov - are en route.

He is a registered Architect who specialized in Master planning and Property Development and graduated from Marseille, France. He has over 20 years of experience in architecture, project manage-ment and the property sector. Mr LOO is a business investor, property developer and financial consultant. He has built a successful architecture practice and property development firm in Mauritius, leading in setting high industry standards of innovation in designing and property development.

2. What is “International Property Masterclass” in Tanzania all about? The International Property Masterclass training will aim to accelerate knowledge transfer and experience sharing in the real estate sector. It is the 1st of its kind in Africa and will enable stakeholders to get in depth knowledge and trade secrets of the property development sector, through sharing local and global international experience. Why and how do property developers become richer? What are their secrets? How to become wealthier? How to achieve financial freedom and get continuous income even when retired?

Interaction between participants and course leader will be possible through question and answers session and B2B meetings will be held after the training. This 2 day training is followed by a graduation at the end of the Masterclass. The International Property MasterClass will be held in 12 and 13, November at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Dar Es Salaam. This is a unique investment training event designed to help delegates create wealth through property investments.

3. What will the event achieve?Throughout the training, participants will actively explore tools and techniques used throughout the Property investment lifecycle, gaining insight onpractical experiences that drive current Real Estate development practices. Introduction to investment and finance will be analyzed. Understanding property investment under its various types. Analysis of property development process from bare land to market analysis, financing, concept design, design development, approvals, marketing, sales, construc-tion, completion and property management. Land value creation strategies, from master planning to wealth creation. Financing and joint venture possibili-ties. Property marketing, advertising campaigns and sales. How to build a passive income, create capital appreciation and make property work for you and your future generation. The training will also provide insights into how institution investors such as pension funds and insurance companies can leverage investment opportunities in International markets to diversify their investment holdings and create a resilient profitable investment portfolio.

4. Who should attend?Land owners looking for value and wealth creation strategies, financing and joint ventures. Investors look-ing for local and international investment opportunities and partnership. All consultants in the construction industry who seek development opportunities. Property developers willing to broaden horizon of opportunities. Contractors and building materials suppliers.

Real estate agents and brokers. Banks and financing institution.

Pension and Fund management. Government & Private sector officers linked to the property sector. Everyone who wish to get insights and work in this dynamic sector.

5. How do you compare Mauritius Property Market to Tanzania?Mauritius is acclaimed to be a world leading invest-ment destination and ranked 1st in Africa by the World Bank Doing Business 2015. It is also ranked 1st in Africa by the Mo Ibrahim Index of African Governance 2014, and 2nd in Africa for the International Property Rights Index 2014. Its GDP (PPP) per capita is USD 17,716 compared to Tanzania GDP (PPP) per capita which is USD 2,591.

Mauritius property market is quite mature and has gone through several development cycles with the development of the various sectors of the property industry such as; industrial parks, hotels, office park, residential developments and recently the Shopping Mall industry. The country offers state of the art infrastructure, a cyber city and is an up market tourism destination. The government is now heading toward creation of Smart Cities as a future of sustainable urbanization.

There are a lot of development opportunities in Tanza-nia property market. As a world traveler visiting most developed countries like Singapore we can see how Tanzania could be in the next 25 years. The growth of mortgage lending by Tanzania commercial banks clear-ly sets high pace for modern housing development and new investment opportunities are emerging in sophisticated commercial and industrial real estate. I am particularly in Tanzania to see investment and development opportunities.

6.What are current trends for Global Real Estate investors? Global investors are looking to invest in less developed countries and create a diversified portfolio in various parts of the world. This strategy helps to hedge against inflation in local real estate market and tap relative high, stable cash flow returns offered by frontiermarkets such as Tanzania. Global diversification also reduces systematic risks that impact real estate markets. The main criteria investors look is security of their investment and stability of the country. They can bring investment funds and technology transfer to Tanzania which can beneficiate through employment creation, value and wealth creation to the locals.

Tanzania needs to develop its capital markets to attract overseas capital flows into its property market. In the future Tanzania real estate market needs to be liberalized to allow foreigners to own houses and properties through well designed invest-ment schemes and regulations this will attract global real estate investors to invest in the country as part of portfolio diversification strategy.

7. What International Achievements have you achieved in your career?I have received several international awards as architect and property developer. Honorable Mention for the Master Town Planning of Port Louis City, Mauritius among 34 International participants (Union of International Architecture), in 2004. Award for Advancement of Architecture and Master Planning (International Architects Salon Award, Beijing, China), in 2005. Best Office Development Award (International

Property, UK, London), in 2010. Highly Commended, Architecture Multiple Residence Award (International Property, UK, Dubai), in 2011. Highly Commended, Mixed Use Property Development Award (International Property UK, Dubai), in 2011.

I also received several International Leader-ship recognitions such as the International Star for Leadership Award (Business Initiative Directions, Paris), in 2012. International Diamond Prize Award for Customer Satisfaction ( European Society for Qual-ity Research, Rome), in 2012. Award of Excellence in Business Management & Selected as World Leader Business Person for successful leadership and innovation (BIZZ Award, World Confederation of Businesses, Dubai), in 2013

8. What advise you will you give local investors looking to invest in real estate?Any investor and land owner should get good advice from experienced people. They should make it a MUST to attend this first International Property Masterclass to expand their knowledge horizons and build newinvestment capabilities. They will be saving costs instead of traveling abroad to attend such international conferences. Real estate is the fastest growing investment asset class in Tanzania that has tremendous potential to create wealth for investors and transform the economy toward the path of middle income country.

9. Do you plan to set up an office in Tanzania and how can people contact you?Yes, we do plan to open a permanent and investment office in Tanzania and we can also bring other strategic investors in the country. We are looking for the right investment opportunities, land owners and local busi-ness partners for evaluating investment opportunities into the property sector.
