As such, Princess Cruises is unable to properly run the Competition as originally intended and is cancelling the Competition. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

NOTE: YOU MUST PAY BETWEEN $519 USD AND $5,779 USD TO COMPETE FOR PRIZE AND GRAND PRIZE.

1. Eligibility. Princess Cruises’ The Voice of the Ocean Competition 2020 (the “Contest”) is open to: legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding North Dakota and Tennessee), Puerto Rico, Canada (excluding Quebec), The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, who, at the time of entry, are at least fifteen (15) years of age*, and who are passengers on one of the 271 eligible cruises listed in Addendum A (collectively, “Eligible Cruises”). Participation in the Contest will take place only at sea on Eligible Cruises. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and its distributors, sales representatives and advertising, promotion, and judging agencies, and all other sponsors, partners, and service agencies involved with the Contest, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Eligible individuals that are residents of a country/jurisdiction outside of the United States must obtain an O-1 Visa if selected as a potential Finalist before their departure to the United States for Round 3. Obtaining an O-1 Visa shall be at the sole cost and expense of the individual and shall not be the Sponsor’s responsibility in any manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for failure to secure the required O-1 Visa.

* Any Contest participant who is a minor in his or her place of residence and who is not traveling onboard an Eligible Cruise with their parent or legal guardian shall not be considered a Participant, Semi-Finalist, Finalist or Winner (all as defined below) until and unless he/she returns all required documentation including, the Minor Semi-Finalist Photo Release and Release of Liability and any additional documentation as may be required by Sponsor in accordance with the timeline set forth herein. Any participant who is a minor in his or her place of residence and

who is not traveling onboard an Eligible Cruise with their parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that to become an eligible Participant, Semi-Finalist, etc. he/she will be required to return the Minor Semi-Finalist Photo Release and Release of Liability signed by his/her parent or legal guardian within four weeks of such participant’s disembarkment from Eligible Cruise and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any such minor from the Contest (at any time) regardless of whether or not such minor has been announced, publically or otherwise, as a Semi-Finalist, Finalist, or Winner, if his/her parent or legal guardian has not signed the required release(s) within the timeframe allotted.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in North Dakota, Tennessee, Quebec, and where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

This Contest consists of three (3) rounds: (1) a Semi-Finalist selection round, (2) a Finalist selection round, and (3) a Winner selection round. The breakdown for each round is as follows:

2. Sponsor. Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd., 24305 Town Center Drive, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.

3. Contest Entry Period. The Contest begins on January 30, 2020, on Eligible Cruises departing on or after January 30, 2020, and ends once all Eligible Cruises departing on or before September 5, 2020 have returned from cruising (the “Contest Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Entry Period to be valid. Entrants may only enter this Contest once per Eligible Cruise. Any Participant who is selected as a Semi-Finalist on one Eligible Cruise is prohibited from entering the Contest on board a subsequent or different Eligible Cruise.

4. How to Enter. The rounds for this Contest, how to enter, and “winner” selection for each round are as follows:

Round 1 (Semi-Finalist Selection): Board your Eligible Cruise during the specified boarding time. While onboard, locate and participate in your Eligible Cruise’s Voice of the Ocean karaoke competition. Each Eligible Cruise’s Voice of the Ocean karaoke competition consists of two (2) nights (each a “Session”). Each person who participates in a Session shall be considered a “Participant”. Participant will select one (1) song from the Voice of the Ocean karaoke competition catalog and perform it for the audience. You may only enter as an individual performer; group performances shall not be eligible. Sponsor makes no representations and warranties about the audio/visual equipment onboard any ship.

At the conclusion of each Session, the audience in attendance will review and score each Participant’s karaoke performance based on the Participant’s performance value, song selection and singing capability. Each audience member shall have the opportunity to

vote for the Participant they believe had the best performance value, song selection and the best singing capability during the Session. Audience members will write the name of the Participant they wish to vote for on an Eligible Cruise-provided voting slip and return the voting slip to the designated Eligible Cruise staff member by the conclusion of each Session. Each audience member will only be eligible to vote for one (1) Participant per Session. Sponsor is not responsible for the total number of audience members in attendance for any Session. Sponsor and Eligible Cruise employees are not eligible to vote. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that all audience members, regardless of the Session attended, will vote or have access to vote. Sponsor and Eligible Cruise representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Participant and/or audience member(s) who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or engages in any other objectionable behavior.

Sponsor reserves the right to void all votes made through any script, macro, robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar duplication method. Vote counts are not official until verified by the Sponsor, in its discretion. Any attempt by a Participant, or his/her respective family/friends, to vote more than the number of times authorized herein, using multiple names, or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to disqualify the Participant in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to fraudulently circumvent the voting restrictions in order to cast multiple votes or manipulate the voting process will result in disqualification of all such votes received and may result in disqualification of the Participant for whom the improper votes were received.

At the conclusion of each Session, a Sponsor representative will review and total all votes received for such Session. The nine (9) Participants on such Eligible Cruise with the highest number of audience votes, regardless of which Session they participated in, will be deemed selected as a contestant for their specific Eligible Cruise, subject to verification (“Contestants”). In the event any Participant performs during both of their Eligible Cruise’s Sessions, the Session with the highest number of total votes for that Participant shall be used to determine whether or not such Participant becomes a Contestant and in no event shall the votes from Session 1 and Session 2 be combined. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant for any reason (including, without limitation, non-compliance with the Official Rules and ineligibility), in its sole discretion. Sponsor may notify a Participant of their potential Contestant status following each Session; however, Sponsor reserves the right to determine a potential Contestant at a later time and date and such Contestant would be notified then. Contestant shall not receive a prize or anything else of value for being selected as a Contestant, except for the opportunity to compete in the Semi-Finalist Performance (as defined below). Each Session’s audience votes will be counted separately and may not be combined with any other Session’s votes.

Each Contestant will be required to return at a specific date and time, while still onboard their Eligible Cruise, for their Semi-Finalist Performance. Sponsor will notify each potential Contestant of their Semi-Finalist Performance time and date following each

Session and via a letter delivered to his/her stateroom. Contestants are required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within the time allotted, to be communicated to potential Contestants by Sponsor upon notification, or their position may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of stateroom or other information of any potential Contestant.

Sponsor will provide each verified Contestant with a Semi-Finalist Performance schedule that will include: (i) time and date of the Contestant’s coaching session, (ii) time and date of the Contestant’s rehearsal session, and (iii) time and date for their Semi-Finalist Performance. All Contestants are required to attend the coaching session and the rehearsal. Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule the coaching session and/or rehearsal in its sole discretion. If for any reason a Contestant misses or does not attend his/her coaching session or rehearsal, Contestant may be disqualified from the Contest and may forfeit their Contestant position, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At their coaching session, Contestants will select a Semi-Finalist Performance song from a list of available songs provided by the Sponsor. Sponsor makes no representations and warranties about the audio/visual equipment onboard any ship.

On the time and date specified by the Sponsor, each verified Contestant will be required to attend and check in to the Semi-Finalist Performance (each Eligible Cruise shall have its own Semi-Finalist Performance at such time and date determined by Sponsor, and Sponsor shall have the right to reschedule any Eligible Cruise’s Semi-Finalist Performance in its sole discretion). At the Semi-Finalist Performance, each Contestant will sing and perform their selected song for three (3) coaches as well as the audience members in attendance (“Semi-Finalist Performance”). If a Contestant does not show up at their assigned time or on the assigned date provided, does not complete their required coaching session, does not attend the rehearsal or otherwise does not comply with Sponsor and/or Eligible Cruise staff instructions, such Contestant may be disqualified from the Contest and the Semi-Finalist Performance, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. As set forth in more detail below, each Contestant agrees, and agrees to confirm in writing via a release document, that his/her Semi-Finalist Performance will be recorded and videotaped by Sponsor and may be used by Sponsor for any reason, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented, without territory or time limitations. If for any reason a Contestant does not sign and return such release, he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and the Semi-Finalist Performance, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may require Contestants to participate in sit-down style recorded interviews in its sole discretion and shall provide each Contestant with an interview schedule, as applicable.

After all Contestants have performed, all Contestants on each Eligible Cruise will be judged by Eligible Cruise’s three (3) coaches, who will assess each Semi-Finalist Performance based on such Semi-Finalist’s talent, song selection and singing capability. Each coach will then select three (3) Contestants to be on their “team” by turning around in their coach’s chair. Should a Contestant be selected by more than one (1) coach, Contestant will have to choose one (1) coach from those that turned their chair. Each coach shall be limited to three (3) Contestants maximum. All Contestants will be selected

by one (1) coach. Each coach will be required to select one (1) Contestant from their team, based on performance value, song selection and singing capability, to proceed to be judged in the Public Voting (as defined below). The coaches may only select from those Contestants on their team.

Public Voting: After each coach has selected one (1) Contestant to proceed after the Semi-Finalist Performance (three (3) Contestants total), the first approximately 300 cruise guests (not including Contestants) to successfully check in to the Semi-Finalist Performance as an audience member and legitimately receive and validly obtain a voting fob, will review and assess each Semi-Finalist Performance based on the Contestant’s talent, song selection and singing capability. Each audience member will then use the voting fob to vote for the one (1) Contestant they believe had the best performance, best song selection and has the best singing capability (collectively, “Public Votes”). Sponsor will tally the Public Votes from the audience members and the one (1) Contestant on each Eligible Cruise whose performance received the highest total number of votes will be the potential semi-finalist for such Eligible Cruise, subject to verification (“Semi-Finalist”). In the event of a tie, coaches will assess the tied Contestants’ Performances and will vote on who had the best performance, song selection and singing capability and such Contestant will be that Eligible Cruise’s Semi-Finalist, all subject to the coaches’ sole discretion and subject to verification. Limit: Each Semi-Finalist Performance audience member with a voting fob may only vote for one (1) Contestant eligible for Public Vote. Each voting fob will only be eligible for one (1) vote during the Semi-Finalist Performance. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any missing or broken fobs or the total amount of audience members present at the Semi-Finalist Performance and/or the order in which individuals arrive to the Semi-Finalist Performance. Contestant, Sponsor employees, and Eligible Cruise employees are not eligible to have a voting fob. Each Contestant agrees that the exact number of voting fobs available at each Semi-Finalist Performance will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that all Semi-Finalist Performance audience members will vote or have access to vote. Sponsor and the Eligible Cruise representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Contestant and/or audience member(s) who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or engages in any other objectionable behavior.

There will be approximately two hundred and seventy one (271) Semi-Finalists (one (1) per Eligible Cruise).

On or around the conclusion of each Semi-Finalist Performance, Sponsor shall notify each Eligible Cruise’s one (1) potential Semi-Finalist via an announcement at such Semi-Finalist Performance. Each Eligible Cruise’s potential Semi-Finalist is to be determined at the conclusion of each Eligible Cruise’s Semi-Finalist Performance; however, Sponsor reserves the right to determine a potential Semi-Finalist at a later time and date (even if this means after the conclusion of the Eligible Cruise) and such Contestant shall be notified at time of selection. Sponsor may also provide notice to such potential Semi-Finalist at the email address and/or telephone number provided during Contest registration. If a potential Semi-Finalist is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days (as disclosed at time of notification), if a potential Semi-Finalist cannot be verified, or if a potential Semi-Finalist is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim Prize (as defined below) should they be chosen as a Finalist, then the potential Semi-Finalist may be disqualified and the position may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for change in any email address, telephone number, or other information of the potential Semi-Finalist. Sponsor may require Semi-Finalists to participate in sit-down style recorded interviews, in its sole discretion, and shall provide each Semi-Finalist with an interview schedule, as applicable.

Round 2 (Finalist Selection): Only verified Semi-Finalists are eligible for the Finalist round of the Contest (“Finalist Selection”). As indicated above, each Semi-Finalist Performance will be recorded and videotaped for Finalist Selection use. Between approximately September 7, 2020 and October 5, 2020, Sponsor-selected judges will review each of the two hundred and seventy one (271) Semi-Finalists’ recorded Semi-Finalist Performances. The judges will review and score each Semi-Finalist Performance using the following criteria to formulate the score: seventy percent (70%) of the score will be based upon the Semi-Finalist’s vocal ability, twenty percent (20%) of the score will be based upon the Semi-Finalist’s stage presence, and ten percent (10%) of the score will be based on the suitability of the song choice for Semi-Finalist’s vocal capabilities. After the judges review all recorded Semi-Finalist Performances, the judges will tally their scores and the nine (9) Semi-Finalists with the highest scores will be considered potential Contest finalists, subject to verification (“Finalist(s)”). In the event of a tie, the judges will review all tied Semi-Finalists’ recorded Semi-Finalist Performances and re-judge each Semi-Finalist Performance based on each tied Semi-Finalist’s talent and singing capability.

Finalists must travel to Los Angeles, California to cruise on the Royal Princess (as defined below) from November 7, 2020 to November 14, 2020. No alternate dates are available. On or around October 8, 2020, Finalists will be notified via email. Sponsor is

not responsible for changes to any email addresses, telephone numbers, or other information of any Finalist. Before being verified as a Finalist, potential Finalists that are legal residents of a country/jurisdiction other than the United States must obtain an O-1 Visa before their departure flight into the United States and must provide the Sponsor with proof of such O-1 Visa. If a Finalist is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a Finalist cannot be reached or does not respond to Sponsor, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days (as disclosed to Finalist at time of notification), if a Finalist is unable to travel to Los Angeles, California from November 7, 2020 to November 14, 2020, if a Finalist is unable to obtain an O-1 Visa or if a Finalist cannot be otherwise verified, the Finalist may be disqualified and such Finalist’s Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only verified Finalists are eligible for the Grand Finale Performance (as defined below) aboard the Royal Princess cruise.

Round 3 (“Winner Selection”): The grand finale performances will take place over two (2) nights onboard the Royal Princess, during which each Finalist will be required to sing and perform one (1) song on night one and potentially two (2) songs on night two, as selected by Finalists during their coaching sessions, for each of the three (3) coaches and audience members in attendance (“Grand Finale Performance(s)”). After boarding the Royal Princess, Sponsor will provide each Finalist with a Grand Finale Performance schedule that will include: (i) time and date of the Finalist’s coaching sessions for each of the two nights, (ii) time and date of the Finalist’s rehearsal sessions for each of the two nights, and (iii) time and date of their Grand Finale Performances for each of the two nights. Finalists are required to attend each coaching session and rehearsal. Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule the coaching sessions and/or rehearsals in its sole discretion. Finalists will select each Grand Finale Performance song from a list of available songs provided by the Sponsor. Sponsor may require Finalists to participate in sit-down style recorded interviews in its sole discretion and shall provide each Finalist with an interview schedule, as applicable.

Night One Grand Finale Performance: On the date and time specified by the Sponsor, each Finalist will be required to attend and check in to night one of the Grand Finale Performance. At their specified time, each Finalist will sing and perform their selected song for three (3) coaches, as well as the audience members in attendance at such night’s Grand Finale Performance. If a Finalist does not show up at their assigned time or on the assigned date provided, does not complete their night one required coaching session, does not attend night one rehearsal or otherwise does not comply with Sponsor and/or Eligible Cruise staff’s instructions, such Finalist may be disqualified from the Contest and the Grand Finale Performance and may be required to forfeit his/her Finalist position and Prize (as defined below) all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, immediate disembarkment of Royal Princess and reimbursement to Sponsor of cost of Prize. Sponsor shall have the right to reschedule night one of the Grand Finale Performance in its sole discretion.

All Finalists on each Eligible Cruise will be judged by Eligible Cruise’s three (3) coaches, who will assess each Finalist’s night one Grand Finale Performance based on Finalist’s performance value, song selection, and singing capability. Each coach will select three (3) Finalists to be on their “team” by turning around in their coach’s chair during such Finalist’s night one Grand Finale Performance. Should a Finalist be selected by more than one coach, such Finalist will have to choose one (1) coach from those that turned their chair. Each coach shall be limited to three (3) Finalists maximum. Once a coach has three (3) Finalists on their team, such coach shall not be permitted to turn their chair. All Finalists will be selected by one (1) coach.

Night Two Grand Finale Performance – Part one: On the date and time specified by the Sponsor, each Finalist will be required to attend and check in to part one of night two of the Grand Finale Performance. At their specified time, each Finalist will sing and perform their selected song for their one (1) individual coach and any audience members in attendance at part one of night two of the Grand Finale Performance. If a Finalist does not show up at their assigned time or on the assigned date provided, does not complete their night two required coaching session, does not attend night two rehearsal or otherwise does not comply with Sponsor and/or Eligible Cruise staff’s instructions, such Finalist may be disqualified from the Contest and the Grand Finale Performance and may be required to forfeit his/her Finalist position and Prize, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including but not limited to immediate disembarkment of the Royal Princess and reimbursement to Sponsor of cost of Prize. Sponsor shall have the right to reschedule part one of night two of the Grand Finale Performance in its sole discretion.

After each Finalist has completed their part one of night two Grand Finale Performance, all Finalists will be judged by their one (1) individual coach who will assess each of their three (3) Finalist’s night two - part one Grand Finale Performance based on each of their three (3) Finalist’s performance value, song selection, and singing capability. Each coach will select the one (1) Finalist from their team with the highest score based on the above criteria to move on to part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance (for a total of three (3) Finalists). Sponsor and the Eligible Cruise representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Finalist and/or audience member(s) who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or engages in any other objectionable behavior.

The remaining three (3) Finalists after part one of night two of the Grand Finale Performance will then move on to part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance which shall take place immediately after the conclusion of part one of night two of the Grand Finale Performance. At their specified time, each remaining Finalist will sing and perform a previously selected song for the three (3) coaches as well as the audience members in attendance at part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance. If a Finalist does not show up at their assigned time or on the assigned date provided, does not complete their night two required coaching session, does not attend night two rehearsal or otherwise does not comply with Sponsor and/or Eligible Cruise staff instructions, such Finalist may be disqualified from the Contest and the Grand Finale Performance and may be required to forfeit his/her Finalist position and Prize, all as

determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including but not limited to, immediate disembarkment of Royal Princess and reimbursement to Sponsor of cost of Prize. Sponsor shall have the right to reschedule part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance in its sole discretion.

After each of the remaining three (3) Finalists have completed their part two of night two Grand Finale Performance, the first approximately 300 Royal Princess guests (not including Finalists) to successfully check in as an audience member to part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance shall receive a Contest voting fob. Sponsor is not responsible for any missing or otherwise broken key fobs, nor is Sponsor responsible for the manner in which key fobs are awarded or the order in which they are awarded. At the conclusion of part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance, each audience member who has validly obtained a voting fob shall have the opportunity to vote for the Finalist they believe had the best performance value, best song selection and the best singing capability during the Grand Finale Performance by voting for such Finalist using the voting fob. Sponsor will tally the total votes received from the audience members and the one (1) Finalist whose performance received the highest total number of votes, subject to Sponsor verification, shall be deemed the winner (“Winner”). Vote counts are not official until verified by Sponsor. In the event of a tie, the coaches will assess the tied Finalists’ part two of night two Grand Finale Performances and will vote on the one (1) Finalist that had the best performance and the best singing capability and such Finalist will be the Winner. All decisions shall be in the coaches’ and/or Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to verification. Sponsor makes no representation that each stateroom will receive a voting fob. Finalists, Sponsor employees and Royal Princess employees are not eligible to have a voting fob. Each Finalist agrees that the exact number of voting fobs available at part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that all part two of night two Grand Finale Performance audience members will vote or have access to vote. Limit: All audience members that have legitimately and validly obtained a voting fob will review and assess each part two of night two Grand Finale Performance and vote for the one (1) Finalist they believe has the most talent and singing capability. Each voting fob will only be eligible for one (1) vote during part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance. Sponsor and the Eligible Cruise representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Finalist and/or audience member(s) who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or engages in any other objectionable behavior.

Sponsor reserves the right to void all votes made through any script, macro, robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar duplication method. Vote counts are not official until verified by the Sponsor, in its reasonable discretion. Any attempt by a Finalist or his/her respective family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized herein, using multiple names or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give the Sponsor the right to disqualify the Finalist in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to fraudulently circumvent the voting restrictions in order to cast multiple votes or

manipulate the voting process will result in disqualification of all such votes received and may result in disqualification of the Finalist for whom the improper votes were received.

Sponsor shall notify Winner via an announcement at the conclusion of part two of night two of the Grand Finale Performance. If a potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days (as disclosed at time of notification), if potential Winner cannot be verified, or if potential Winner is unable or unwilling to accept and claim the Grand Prize (as defined below), then the potential Winner may be disqualified and the position may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right (but has no obligation) to select an alternate potential Winner from those other Finalists. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to any email addresses, telephone numbers, or other information of the potential Winner.

Entrants who do not follow all of Sponsor’s instructions, provide the required information, and/or abide by these Official Rules or any other instructions of Sponsor and/or Eligible Cruise staff may be disqualified. If for any reason any Contest round cannot be completed due to factors outside of the Sponsor’s control (including without limitation, weather, technical difficulties, operational issues, equipment malfunction, etc.), Sponsor shall have no liability in connection therewith.

No other forms of entry are valid other than as set forth above. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

5. Prizes. There are two levels of prizes: (1) Finalist prizes and (2) grand prize.

Finalist Prize (“Prize”): The nine (9) verified Finalists will each receive a trip for the Finalist and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to sail on board the Royal Princess cruise ship from November 7, 2020 to November 14, 2020 (“Royal Princess”) to compete in the Grand Finale Performance which shall take place over two (2) nights. Finalists must complete all required obligations during Prize. Prize includes: (i) one (1) 7-day cruise aboard the Royal Princess cruise ship for Finalist and one (1) guest, sharing accommodations of one (1) double occupancy balcony stateroom and all regular onboard meals and entertainment; (ii) round-trip, coach class air transportation for the Finalist and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport nearest Finalist’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and as set forth in the Winner’s entry materials) within the 50 U.S./D.C. states (excluding North Dakota and Tennessee) Puerto Rico, Canada (excluding Quebec), The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Taiwan to the airport in closest proximity to the Royal Princess departure site, in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) hotel accommodations for one (1) night in one (1) double occupancy, standard hotel room for the one (1) night before the Royal Princess cruise departs (November 6, 2020); and (iv) ground transportation from the nearest airport to the Royal Princess departure, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to the applicable hotel the night before departure and from the hotel to the departure location on Royal Princess’ embarkment date. Finalists understand that hotel accommodations and transportation from port to any hotel or

airport will not be provided after the Royal Princess returns to port on November 14, 2020 and any accommodations or other travel costs will be at the Finalist’s sole expense.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Winner Prize: $4,648 USD/$6,097.63 CAD/£3,558.25 GBP/$6,757.86 AUD/$7,048.41 NZD/$6,298.67 SGD/$36,226.90 HKD/$140,156 TWD. All conversions are as of December 20, 2019. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. All Prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Selection of the airline, departure and arrival airport, and hotel shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If air travel is not required due to a Finalist’s proximity to the Port of Los Angeles, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel and this decisions shall be in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Finalist.

Finalists are solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize description herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation to/from residence and departure airport, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, shore excursion fees, discretionary hotel and dining charges, meals in alternate dining venues, alcoholic beverages, boutique purchases, and personal incidentals. Finalist must be available to travel between 11/7/20 and 11/14/20 and compete in all required events during the Prize; no alternate travel dates are available. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers, including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If the Finalist becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy Prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option, in its sole discretion, of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of Prize and no other compensation shall be due such Finalist. Finalist and guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs; no insurance will be provided by Sponsor in any manner. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Travel guest must be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel booking and

If Finalist is eligible but a minor in his/her place of residence, travel guest must be Finalist’s parent or legal guardian, and parent or legal guardian shall sign any required documentation on behalf of Finalist and travel guest shall accompany Finalist at all times during the trip (including, but not limited to in-flight, hotel stay and all Prize related events). Guests accompanying Finalists may be required to sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to booking travel. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. If applicable, airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. If applicable, all airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Additional Prize details and travel information to be provided to the Finalist at the time of notification. Lost, stolen or damaged airline or any other provided tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.

Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for one of equal or greater value, should Prize, or any portion thereof, become unavailable for any reason. Finalists will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with Prize regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. If a Finalist is a United States resident, he/she will receive IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Canadian Finalists may be subject to withholding taxes and Canadian residents are responsible for the reporting and payment of any income tax. As a condition of accepting Prize, Finalists agree to furnish any requested information needed for tax reporting.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize, or any portion thereof, due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of Sponsor’s control. In the event, for whatever reason, Prize, or any portion thereof, is cancelled prior to, or during, the Finalist’s trip, Prize, or such portion thereof, may not be awarded and Sponsor will not be liable for providing any compensation or substitution. Grand Prize Winner Prize (“Grand Prize”): the one (1) verified Winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of an opportunity to audition with an individual that has the authority to make casting decisions for NBC’s “The Voice” to be considered for casting in a future season of “The Voice”. Winner will receive (i) the opportunity to audition with an individual that has the authority to make casting decisions for “The Voice” on November 16, 2020 (the exact time and location of audition shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in one (1) double occupancy, standard hotel room; (iii) ground transportation from the airport nearest to the Grand Prize location, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to the hotel; and (iv) ground transportation to/from the hotel to Universal City Offices in Los Angeles, California. 6. General Conditions. By participating in this Contest, entrants understand and agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to abide by these Official Rules, which are final and binding, and the decisions of Sponsor, judges and/or coaches with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are also final and binding; (b) to accept Prize and Grand Prize (if any) as awarded, with substitution, if applicable; (c) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promoting agencies, any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability whatsoever, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damages, loss or destruction of property rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) in connection with this Contest or with the announcement, acceptance, ownership, or use or misuse of Prize and/or Grand Prize (including but not limited to any travel related thereto) and/or use of the Semi-Finalist Performance and/or Grand Finale Performance, or other errors in these terms and conditions; and (d) except where legally prohibited, by entering, each entrant agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, biographical information, statements, Semi-Finalist Performance and/or Grand Finale Performance for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, worldwide in perpetuity, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, without

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void, modify, terminate or suspend this Contest (or any portion thereof) should fraud or any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE AND/OR GRAND PRIZE, EACH FINALIST AND WINNER (RESPECTIVELY) ACCEPTS (AND AGREES TO CONFIRM IN WRITING) THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN AIR AND LAND TRAVEL, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE AND/OR GRAND PRIZE IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. Sponsor is not responsible for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur.

7. Disputes. As a condition of participating, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing), to the extent permitted by law: (a) that under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, Prize and/or Grand Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
