Principles of Labour Welfare
• The oxford dictionary defines “Principles” - a truth - General Law or Rules - System of belief that is used as a basis for a theory.
Principles
• When a company want to achieve their Mission, Vision, Aims, Objectives, what ever it may be – they must follow the Principles (General Law or Rules) of labour welfare, otherwise it is not possible to achieve their goals.
