flow and alter their shape.

• Pascal’s Principle• Pressure is evenly distributed though out a
fluid equally on the walls of the container.

• Buoyant Force• The force that counteracts weight of an object
floating.• The force is upward and enough to make an
object float.• The force is downward if the object is
submerged in a fluid.

• Archimedes’ Principle• The magnitude of a buoyant force is equal and
opposite direction to the weight of the fluid displaced by the object.

• Absolute Pressure• The resulting pressure upon an object due to
the depth of the fluid.• There is more pressure the deeper an object is
