Traditional polyamide folder-gluer belts are made endless by a glued joint. This can be time-consuming,particularly in case joining on the machine is required. Polyurethane round belts (TPU)

Habasit (Polycord®) round belts can be used as conveying elements or for driving applications. They areparticularly suitable for angular gears. Habasit offers a comprehensive range of round belts made of high qualitypolyurethane in diameters between 2 and 15 mm. The round belts can be made endless on the machine bywelding the ends which allows easy installation and maintenance with minimum downtimes.

Rubber-impregnated traditional style seamless belts

Nonwoven conveyor and processing belts

The nonwoven construction (polyester web/fleece PET) is particularly suitable for applications in corrugatedcardboard manufacturing where such belts are used as bridge elevator and bridge transfer belts. Joining tools and auxiliaries equipment

To support an effective and efficient fabrication of our belts, we developed and offer a broad range of tools and devices designed to meet the needs of our customers anddistribution/service partners.This range covers the requirements of inhousefabrication (series and specialties) as well as those of on-site installations of conveyorand power transmission belts and tapes.For example slitters, skiving tools, Flexproof (zig/zag) finger cutting tools, hot-pressesand auxiliaries like coiling and welding devices.For plastic modular belts HabasitLINK® we are well equipped with own designed andmanufactured semi-automated assembling machines.
