Objectives• Provide update on development of

environmental investments in SEE since June 2008: main policy developments, reform efforts and financed projects

• Get update from EC on new developments on environmental financing including IPA III and project preparation facilities

• Present developments in several countries and convey good practices and difficulties: Albania, Croatia and Turkey

• Discuss the transition to RENA: best way to tailor the instrument
