Patricia Baronowski, President : [email protected] and President of Pristine Advisers LLC. a marketing and communications professional with over 22 years experience in the financial communications and media relations industry. Patricia began her career in investor relations and financial communications over 2 decades ago at Dewe Rogerson Inc. She has held various positions, primarily in the IR/PR area. In her role as Managing Director in the Financial Communications department with The Altman Group, she lead a number of IR and PR and Media programs for closed-end funds as well as publicly held companies globally. Ms. Baronowski-Schneider is responsible for developing and executing financial communication programs that position clients effectively in the financial community. She has over 22 years experience working in the closed-end fund arena, as well as working in the corporate communications, public relations, media relations and investor relations fields. Patricia has an MBA in Business Management and a BA in Marketing.  Patricia is also a Certified Social Media Specialist.

Pam O’Brien, Senior Vice-President: [email protected] President, Pam was instrumental in creating a successful business boasting major international clients such as stock exchanges from Paris, Moscow, Luxembourg, Athens, and Zurich and many blue-chip companies including Lafarge, Coca Cola, Hellenic Telecommunications (OTE), and Deutsche Bank.  She also represented Closed-End Funds such as Germany, New Germany, Central European Equity, and France Growth Fund to name a few. Among the many large-scale conferences which Pam O’Brien had created, Capital Link’s CEF Conference was born under Pam’s ideas. Pam created and organized Capital Link’s annual Closed-End Fund and ETF Conference.   Pam has also done various outside projects and worked briefly for the Altman Group assisting them in the creation of their Investor Relations Division back in 2006. Pam O’Brien has a B.S. in International Business and Spanish from Marymount College and has taken advanced studies in England and Spain.

Team Biographies

Theresa Barrows, Vice-President: [email protected]. Barrows has over a decade of experience working in financial investor relations and financial services public relations.

Prior to joining Pristine Advisers LLC, Ms. Barrows worked as an Account Executive at The Altman Group. Prior to this, Ms. Barrows was a freelancer assisting IR/PR firms with roadshows, perception studies, media outreach and investor targeting. Prior to her freelance career, Ms. Barrows worked as an Account Supervisor at The IR–inFocus Group where she was in charge of financial community and media relations, editorial services and interactive communications, as well as administrative, consulting and advisory services.

In her role as Account Executive with The Altman Group, she led a number of IR and PR programs for publicly held clients and funds. Ms. Barrows’ responsibilities have included editing and disseminating press releases to media, investors and the financial community; developing company and fund fact sheets; facilitating investors’ meetings and road shows; coordination of perception studies; maintaining several client toll–free lines; overseeing client distribution lists; and managing client website maintenance as well as setting up and monitoring all social media outlets for clients.
