Be our guest and enjoy our spacious private rooms. The Italian décor reminds you of dining

in old world Tuscany; from our gorgeous landscape murals, and room filled with family

photos. Our private rooms are fully capable to handle any private function, business

meetings, weddings, rehearsal dinners or special occasions.

Private Rooms

Roman Room – Maximum seating for 140 people ***

2300 total sq ft, 370 sq ft bar/service space, 1930 sq ft for seating

Sicilian Room – Maximum seating for 70 people ***

1340 total sq ft, 220 sq ft bar/service space, 1120 sq ft for seating

Tuscan Room – Maximum seating for 50 people ***

960 total sq ft, 150 sq ft bar/service space, 810 sq ft for seating

Portofino Room – Maximum seating for 30 people ***

650 total sq ft for seating

Bar Pino Room – Maximum seating for 16 people (Semi-Private)

at one large square table or 24 people at two long banquet tables

280 total sq ft for seating

Alcove Area (Main Dining Room) – Seating capacity between 44

and 54 people – Round, Square, & Rectangular tables available

360 total sq ft for seating (Semi-Private)

1. The following food and beverage minimums apply – and may include liquor,

beer, wine and food – does not include tax and 22% gratuity:

Roman Room - $4,000.00 Dinner\$2,000.00 Lunch

Sicilian Room - $1,800.00 Dinner\$900.00 Lunch

Tuscan Room - $1,200.00 Dinner\ $750.00 Lunch

Portofino Room - $800.00 Dinner\$500.00 Lunch

Bar Pino Room - $500.00 minimum Lunch/Dinner ** (Semi Private)

Alcove Area - $3,200.00 Dinner\$1,600.00 Lunch (in dining room)

** Not available on Friday or Saturday Evenings

During the Month of December the following minimums apply:

Roman Room - $5,000.00 Dinner\$2,000.00 Lunch

Sicilian Room - $2,800.00 Dinner\$900.00 Lunch

Tuscan Room - $2,200.00 Dinner\ $750.00 Lunch

Portofino Room – Room is not available for December

Bar Pino Room - $500.00 dinner \ $500.00 lunch **

Alcove Area – Room is not available for December

2. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract along

with your deposit, which will guarantee the room for your date. The deposit amount

required is $200.00 for any lunch event, Bar Pino, or Alcove event, and $500.00 for a dinner event. Deposits become non-refundable 30 days prior to the function date and 60

days during the month of December.

Events booked for the month of December require a $1000.00 deposit.

3. All food and beverage items must be supplied by Damian’s. Due to Texas

Alcoholic Beverage Regulation, Damian’s cannot allow alcoholic beverages furnished

from outside sources.

4. All menu selections must be finalized no later than two (2) weeks prior to

your event.

5. Gratuity is 22% of the total bill, excluding tax.

6. Floral arrangements, entertainment, dance floors, audio visual needs, etc. may be

handled and charged through Damian’s or through your preferred agent, independent of

Damian’s. Damian’s will not assume responsibility for security or storage of special

arrangements not contracted through Damian’s. The following are some items that can be

provided through Damian’s:

Fresh floral arrangements

Audio / visual screen

Podium with a goose neck for microphone

Dance floor (priced according to size)

Entertainment (DJ, Band, Pianist)

Wireless handheld or lavaliere microphone

Projector

Cash bar - $125.00 fee

Cake slicing - $2.00 per person

7. There is a valet fee of $3.00 per person. This fee is to supply the extra personnel

necessary to service the event, and is charged based on your guest count.

8. The number of guests attending must be guaranteed by noon forty eight (48)

hours prior to the event. You will be charged based on this guarantee plus any

additional persons or arrangements made after the deadline. (We will allow for 10% extra

seating above the guaranteed number of guests.) The guaranteed number of guests must

be in writing and submitted via e-mail or fax. There will be a charge for no-shows per

guest of $30.00 for lunch and $45.00 for dinner.

9. Early access to the dining room must be approved in advance with the event

manager. Guests will be allowed to enter no sooner than 45 minutes prior to the

scheduled event time.

Menu Selection Guidelines

Depending on your guest count, follow the guide below to preselect each course of your

menu. One menu per guest will be printed and placed at each seat. Your guests will then

choose from this menu on the day of the event. For parties of 30 guests or less, you are

not required to have a preselected menu.
