SHOWCASE GALLERY

With its close proximity to the car collection, the Showcase Gallery is the Museum’s premier event setting. The expansive space can accommodate gatherings for up to 500 attendees.

A glass wall at the north end of the gallery affords a breathtaking view of Tacoma’s city-scape, Puget Sound and distant mountain ranges. Guests can step out onto the deck for a breath of fresh air and the perfect photo opportunity.

BANQUET ROOM

When privacy and flexibility is a primary concern, the Museum Banquet Room is a perfect choice. The room is expansive enough to accommodate large gatherings without being overwhelming—perfect for a host of family and business celebrations. On-site food service and movable partitioning add to the Banquet Room’s unmatched flexibility.

In addition to parties and celebrations, the Banquet Room is uniquely geared to host board meetings, professional seminars and conferences. Immediate access to the Museum’s exhibits make the Banquet Room an appropriate choice for these more business focused events.

SHOWFIELD

The expansive outdoor grass Showfield provides an additional and uniquely attractive event hosting space at America’s car museum®. With 3.5 acres of lawn and spectacular views of the city including Commencement Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

With its gentle slope and northerly orientation, the Showfield creates a natural open-air amphitheater featuring unobstructed sightlines and advantageous backlighting. Concerts, community festivals and civic events will benefit from the high visibility and convenient access to adjacent I-5.

From Olympia: Take exit 132 for S 38th St. Keep left, follow signs for WA-16 W/Gig Harbor. Keep right at fork, follow signs for I-705 N/WA-7 S. Keep left, follow signs for Tacoma Dome. Turn right onto E 26th St. Take the 2nd right onto E D St and follow to the Museum.
