• Please note, the hotel has an allocation of rooms set aside at Christmas party rates. Once these are full, the best available rate will apply.• Bookings must be made direct with hotel over the phone or email and we cannot amend any bookings made online or via 3rd party agents.• Deposits must be paid in full at time of booking.• Companies that have credit facilities with the hotel can hold o� a block of rooms against company account & an invoice will be raised for deposits 14 days a�er the initial booking unless agreed otherwise.• If a company wants to se le the bill in full for each room, we will require full payment from the company at least two weeks prior to arrival & any cancellations a�er this date will be charged at the full room rate for the cancelled rooms.• A non-refundable deposit of €20.00 per person is required to confirm your party night booking.• Bookings are only confirmed when deposits & signed terms & conditions are received by the events department.• Final payment must be given 14 days prior to your event.• Some party nights may be set with trestle tables.• Fitzpatrick castle hotel will not provide refunds for groups who cancel for any reason, including an act of god. Groups will only be entitled to a refund if the hotel decides to cancel the event.• All deposits are non-transferable/non-refundable under any circumstances.• Only alcohol purchased in the hotel can be consumed on the premises. This will be enforced by the management• Management reserve the right to amend the entertainment on the night.
