Survey Type(usually 5 year or Annual)• Interfaces with GeoHawkLT2.0 to

locate the Survey Area, thus eliminating the need for a Survey Map

• Tracks the Date the Survey was Completed, the number of Grade 1, 2, and 3 Leaks found during the Survey.

• Reschedules the Survey Area for next Survey

Leak, which sets the Repair, Repair Deadline, Reevaluation, and Reevaluation Deadline Dates

3. History on the Leak is maintained, so reentry when reevaluation is performed does not require reentry.

Since the Leak is a Grade 1 Leak, it is scheduled for repair immediately. Now lets Place the LeakUsing GeoHawkLT.

Press the . Icon and then click GeoHawkLT where the Leak Occurred.

Now lets change the Leak to a Grade 2 Leak

We see that the Reevaluation Date and Deadline are set for 6 months in the future, the Reevaluation Date can be changed to any date from the Reported Date to the Deadline
