Chicken SoupIngredients:3 pound, whole fried chicken6 to 8 cups of water 1 diced garlic clove1 cup of sliced onion1 cup of sliced celery½ cup of sliced carrots2 cup of chopped leeks3 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsleyFreshly ground black pepperPinch of salt

Method:Rinse the chicken. Place the chicken in a bowl and add vegetables, and enough water to cover them. Put the bowl into an oven and boil over medium-high heat.Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for 90 minutes. Remove the chicken from the heat. Serve the steaming hot chicken, garnished with parsley, salt and ground black pepper.

Making an Omlette The goal

What you will need :• 2 eggs• 2 spoon of cooking oil• 250 ml milk Material/Equipment/Ingredients• Friying pan

Steps / Method

Method :

1. Take the pan and put in the oil. Heat the oil until it is hot

2. Break the eggs into a bowl and add the milk3. Beat the eggs and milk together and when they

already mixed thoroughly, pour into the frying pan4. Fry until the Omlette is brown on one side and then

turn it over in the pan. Until it is cooked completely5. When cooked remove from the pan and serve with a

garnish of parsley

•Imperatives or imperative sentences are used to give command or to make a request.

e.g. : “Stand Up,” said the teacher. (command) “Help me,” asked the mother. (request)

•Imperative sentences can be used in negative form. It functions as prohibition.

e.g. : “Don’t hurry,” said father. “Don’t be noisy,” the teacher told the pupils.we use “don’t” or “do not” before verbs to state a

prohibition.•In imperative sentences we can use the word “do” before verbs. The word “do” could be persuasive, but could also express virritation.

e.g. : Do come on time. Do be quite.

How to Prepare Fried Rice

1. When the rice is cooked, add it to the meat and the vegetables.

2. Now, you can break in two or three eggs.

3. The best vegetables to use are onions, garlic, tomatoes and cucumber.

4. At the same time, cook the rice in another pan.

5. Stir and mixture and add salt, pepper and other spices.

6. Finally, cut up a cucumber into thin slices and place the slices on top of the rice.

7. To make fried rice, you will need some rice, vegetables, meat and eggs.

8. Then, cut up the onions and garlic and fry them.

9. Serve the fried rice with hot sauce, if you like.
