Procedure for remediation of Child Labour
1. PURPOSE
To ensure that Child / Young Labour is not engaged in the
actiities of the com!an" and to res!ect
the #LO conentions on child labour. #n case an" child / "oung
labour is found to be $or%ing& to
ensure that suitable remediation measures of such children are
underta%en.

com!an".

0.1 POER2R#, has framed its !olic" from the er" beginning for
not em!lo"ing child labour.This !olic" is also in accordance $ith
Child Labour -Prohibition 3 Regulation (ct 4 1567 3
Children -Pledging of Labour (ct 15)). This !olic" is
accordingl" included in Procedure for
Recruitment -Refer R 8anual.
0.' *o em!lo"ees in POER2R#, are less than 16 "ears of age.
,ocumentar" eidence of !roof
of age -e.g. +irth Certificate& School Certificate& or
an" other Legal ,ocument is erified at the
time of recruitment. here no !roof is submitted& the age is
erified b" 8edical Officer. hen
re9uired& these are also erified from releant e:ternal
authorities / referral ,octors.
