FANTASY - FACTS - AND THE FUTURE
Since the r ecen t waves o f U.F.O. s igh t ing , l and ings ,
and con tac t s , have received so much pub l i c i t y , many
people are still inc l ined to condemn the government fo r
it's hush-hush pol icy regarding the pas t 20 years ofsecrecy.
Now j u s t put yourse l f in the o f f i c i a l ' s place andwhat would you do? People e lec ted and appointed to
of f i ces of r e spons i b i l i t y , and the mi l i t a r y branches ,have a r e a l lemon on t h e i r hands. N ~ t u r a l l y they a re
going to make mistakes as we a l l make mistakes in
judgement . Remember, the f i r s t Universa l Law i s "JudgeNot Les t Ye Be Judged" .
The people i n au tho r i ty a re t ry ing to do a job andmainta in reason , and order , on a much l a rg e r sca le thanwe have in our da i ly requirements in managing to makeends meet .
When our sc i en t i f i c know-how get s beyond the economic a b i l i t y to use it, which it has , we a re confronted
with an automated soc ie ty t h a t loves to make th ings
happen by punching but tons , but doesn ' t know what to dowith the garbage. In 30 years we've gone from atomic
discovery to economic i n s t a b i l i t y a l l because only afew people unders tand the quantum theory and everybodyknows how to spend money. In order to enjoy the
luxur ies of advanced sc ience , th e mil l ions suddenlydiscover t h a t pushing the but ton i s only the l a s tsimple a c t to ac t i v a t e s o m e t h ~ n g t h a t took miners ,mechanics , t e chn ic i ans , and var ied i n d u s t r i e s to supplyand assemble. How many people who tu rn on a t e l ev i s ionse t know what makes it work? How many people who

complexi t i es o f t ha t of f ice? People in science t r a i nfo r years to accomplish one t e chn ica l c l a s s i f i e d pa r t

In the mids t of power pr inc ip les based on coa l , o i l ,gas , and atomic r eac to r s , in a sc ience of mat te r toenergy convers ion , we f ind a method of energy to energyconvers ion . Our economic system and way o f l i f e i sopera t ing on the pr i c i p l e s developed over the years in
a slow advancement of producing energy by employingmil l ions o f people to make the bu t ton work when we push

THE LEAKING MONEY PIPE
Looking down from up here I cou ldn ' t qui te ge t the
pic ture a t f i r s t . Then I began to r ea l i ze t h a t what
I was seeing on t h i s plane t was a plumbing system t ha thad money going through i t s pipes . Now there l snothing wrong with money, when it se rves it's s ing le ·
purpose of exchange, fo r equal value . But what · I waslooking a t was a s y s t e ~ as obsole te as a cot ton ginon a sheep ranch. The pressure in the pipes was evenmaking the pipes crooked.
Money was or ig i r i a l ly in tended to c i r cu l a t e and r e -cyc le , a f t e r accomplishing many t h ings , back to it's
source . The money pipes had bulges in them a l l over
the system, but these bulges were not ca l l ed bu lges ,
they were ca l l ed banks.
IThese banks d i dn ' t bulge because there was any more
money a t these po in t s , but because there was morepressure . The pressure was the r e su l t of a lo t of
paper t h a t wasn ' t money, but it kept t rack o f wherea l l the money was. This "no money paper" became thesame as money and it was ca l l ed a s se t s .
The t rouble with these bulges in the system was thepressure of "no money paper" had made the pipes l eak .
What was l eak ing out was ca l l ed i n t e r e s t . The funnyp a r t of it was the l eaks kept ge t t ing bigger and therewere people with money buckets co l lec t ing the l eak ing
i n t e r e s t .
These banks had ca lendars , and c locks , to keept r ack of the flow through the p ipes . Then awhile backthe system put valves on the bulges and l e t people havesome of the flow i f they would put pa r t of it in the
leak co l l ec to r s bucke ts . They c a l l t h i s ou t l e t loans .
Then the money people , who owned t h i s marvelousd i s t r i b u t io n money plumbing system, thought they couldspeed up the flow by se l l ing t ime from t he i r ca lendars
and c locks . The only th ing was, they had to keept rack and make sure the "no money paper" was rep laced
by money paper by the t ime the ca lendar said it shouldbe. This system added masses o f "no money paper" tothe flow and the pressure went higher and the leaks gotbigger . Then
becausea lo t of
the"no money" .flow

stuck in the p ipes and never a rr iv ed on t ime , th i s
slowed up the in te r e s t le ak s . So being money peoplein s tead of plumbers, they d idn ' t co r rec t the "no
money" cause of th e t rou b le , they ju s t went to the
bulges and made the leaks bigg e r .
Since the governments had tu rned th i s system over to the people who held the buckets under the in t e r e s t
l eaks, they too had to borrow "no money paper" and
have it p r in ted to look l ik e money. This r ea l l y made
the p ressure go up and th e l eaks doubled, and some
"no money paper" was even coming out of the l eaks.
S t i l l no e f fo r t was made to c o rrec t the system. The
money people only got more people to hold more in te re s t
leak bucke ts . When the governments ran ou t of th e
funny money, they made out more "no money paper" to
have the system p r i n t more "no money paper" to lookl i ke more money.
Now the governments went out and made ho les in the
system where the re were no bulges because th e "no money"
had to get out somewhere or they would have to l ea rn
the a r t of plumbing. T his horse and buggy po in t of
time system would have continued to work as long as
they could c o l l ec t the flow out of the in te re s t l eaks .
Someone decided they could peddle the leak flow and
c o l le c t in t e re s t tw ice. A fter a l l it was a l l p a r t of
the same flow.
The systems in o th e r c o u n tr ie s s ta r te d to plug up
and Uncle Sam, being a good Sam ari tan, decided th a t th e
good old American people should help the s i tu a t io n ou t ,
so the peop le put more paper t h a t looked l ik e money
in to the bu lges , in exchange fo r some "no money paper"t h a t would give them the r i g h t to co l l e c t some of the
leaks in paper cups a t a fu tu re da te . To keep t r ack
of t h i s requ i red more "no money paper" . Since t h i s
w asn 't re a l money, the government decided the people would n 't mind pu t t ing more o f it in to the system to
provide fo r the poor c o u n t r ies whose systems were ru s t -
ing out . N a t u ra l ly th e r ec ip i en t n at io n s d i d n 't
in tend to pay t h i s back because it was only "play" money.
A fter many a d m i nis t ra t ion s of government had
follow ed t h i s no pay back pol icy , they suddenly d i s -
covered th a t th e re c ip i en t nat ion s were b lackmai ling

in , and the government owes $ 14,000,000 ,000.00 to the
money system each year in "no money" money fo r in te r e s t ,
because the holes they d r i l le d in the pipes w eren 't as
b ig as the leaks in the bulges .
Now the "no money" money g e ts worth le s s and le s s
each yea r, and it req u ire s more o f it in the p ipes .In order to keep t rack of it, it req u ire s more "no money
